Staff not always around, sometimes you get the feeling the place operates more as rooms to let rather than a hotel.

The breakfast and view every morning from the breakfast area were breathtaking. Wifi very good. Pool amazing. A plus is that it’s way out of town from the hustle n bustle.

The road to get there is not your fault but was nerve wracking when oncoming cars were approaching

The views are excellent overlooking the port of Serifos and Livadakia beach. The rooms were nicely decorated and there is parking space for the car. The rooms were cleaned every day and a pool available. Decent breakfast with coffee.

For what is offered the place is overpriced (starting price 220€ - going to 340€ +). We talk about decent and clean rooms, but they are charged like a boutique hotel. The double room we initially stayed couldn’t cool down with the air conditioning. The owner could keep the volume down a bit when talking about customers with her staff. The kitchenette could be a bit better equipped (e.g. bottle opener, etc) and bottle of waters offered.

Breakfast was decent, the 3 days the orange juice was fresh, the 4th day it was a mix.

Definitely not value for money. We paid 315€ per night! Extreme amount for what it was! We were not even offered to have help with the luggages and when we asked for it, it sounded strange to the staff. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The interior design, 90s. The rooms 3 steps down the earth, long like in a cave and dark. The rooms were clean.

Relaxing and peaceful. Delicious breakfast and very helpful owners/staff.

Nothing. The distance from the port may be an issue for some but we were expecting it and arranged transfers at the beginning and end of our stay.
