didn’t like the basin in the one bedroom be being in the bathroom. and the light was falling off the bedside wall

Great location,

Because there are no carpets on the bedroom floors you do get a lot of noise from the room above you, In my case the occupants above me started walking up and down their room around at 03.00 and did not stop for over an hour, ruined my nights sleep.

Location was good and room was clean.

Room was small, it was hard to fit 2 large suitcases and hot water for the shower was unreliable.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room and very expensive in bar for two half filled cups of coffee to take to room. hotel bar was closed at 7.30pm Saturday night. very basic breakfast, not a lot of choice. could hear lots of noise from room above. beds not very comfortable.

The accommodation was very quiet and welcoming, the receptionist very polite. The bed is queen size, the room is small and the shower is very good. The location is excellent, close to everything. The room was clean and the place is quiet. I highly recommend.

Perfect location close to all the sights of Bruges with loads of good quality places to eat nearby. Rooms were very clean and spacious and staff were polite and helpful. Would highly recommend as place to stay.

Location Parking

Noisy til early hours. Basic but adequate breakfast. Rooms dirty. Cold staff. Wcs behind frosted glass.. weird. Expensive

Located right next to the famous Markt Square and is also a 1-2 minute walk from a nearby underground car park complex. They were very smart with the room design and managed to fit everything in in a modern way. Room was very clean and presentable although it could have benefitted with a mini fridge but all in all very good.

Only one issue with the location is it is next to the night life in Bruges and we did have a fair few drunks wander down the road. Our window was facing out towards them and whilst you couldn't see them you could definitely hear them.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in a suite with a kitchen. Everything was great! The room are very clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is excellent, the main square is 3 minutes walk. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, all within walking distance. Many thanks to Marsel hotel for our great stay

The location is excellent! Very close to the center of Brugge. The room wasn't large (but we knew that in advance) but modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very kind and wanted to assist/help when ever necessary.

The private parking of the hotel was full (we knew this upfront). But parking in a garage (700 meters from the hotel) in the Ezelstraat was ok. Advice to book/reserve a room not at the street side on a Friday night because it's very noisy by youngsters that continue partying outside (the cafe's) in the street in front of the hotel.
