Break fast was very good and tasty. Rooms were very confortable. Pool was clean.

Requested for extra bed but asked for extra charge. Tariff was too high compared to other hotels, but had to book at last minute plan change.

The location was good and it's in peaceful area which has a dedicated parking.

The space in the bathroom is very less. The design is so bad that you'll feel discomfort in the bathroom even to wash your legs. If you have a infant kids then you'll have hard time bathing them

Overall got degraded post COVID. Clearly see impact on amenities and facilities. Staff was not much motivated either. Many guests did not follow pool instructions and hotel did not bother to act. No life guard. Pool bar closed. They used to organize events for guests- nothing this time. Food quality dropped as well. Overall felt disappointed as I always used to stay here but not anymore.

The property was good, clean and maintained. The housekeeping, restaurant staff, bell boys, guards, they were all amazing, very sweet and welcoming. Housekeeping was the best and very quick to respond to any request.

The location of the room as it was mentioned we have a balcony/ patio with a view but there was a house right opposite and had no privacy. Also the reception staff were rude and not welcoming at all, they didn’t care about the customer experience. As we entered the hotel the first impression that we got was really bad because of the reception staff one of them is Alisha and the manager was also very rude looked like they are giving us a free stay and they are not at all happy that we went there. They were least bothered about the guests and looked like they were not happy with their job.

Inefficient and unfriendly staff..they were not trained that well and we're not ready with all details once we reached.

We had booked room with a bathtub a month ago. When we went to the hotel, they allotted a non-bathtub room. We told the lady receptionist that we booked bathtub room but she rudely told she wont give any bathtub room as we don’t have any bathtub room available. We said we booked and had confirmed with the receptionist but upon calling the staff the girl refused that she ever said about the bathtub. We asked for refund but they even refused to do that. After waiting for 4 hours in the lobby, one guest check out and they cleaned the room and gave us that one, else we either would have gotten no refund NOR the room we paid for.

Breakfast was chargeable but good. The layout was great. The dining hall is roomy and nice. The open kitchen and live counters add to the charm.

Its located in small & narrow lanes away from the main road. A big hotel cramped in a small property.
