The resort ground is wonderful, the location is perfect and the staff is amazing. The property is much bigger than we expected and covers a large area......lots of areas to walk and enjoy nature. The restaurant and 3 pools are great. Walkable distance to restaurants and only a short ride to central Ubud.

Cleaning staff were phenomenal .. so kind as were the gardening staff. The Chef was also good value Absolutely beautiful gardens and relaxing views

The rooms are very Dark but very clean. The wifi didn’t work .. which is okay if you are there for the yoga retreat . The food was hit and Miss… some of the meals were the worst I had in my 8 weeks in Bali.. breakfast was also poor

The view, the location, shops near by exchange house restaurants etc all within b walking distance.

The gardens are heavenly, and extend into rice fields behind, quiet yoga pavilions, and connecting uphill with an amazing nursery for the organic warung next door. Really, you have all the ambience of rural Bali without leaving the expansive property!

The facilities were beautiful, including the garden and the pools. All very clean and well maintained. The location is great, because it is at walking distance from Ubud, which it's much better than Denpasar if people look for relaxation and tradition. There are also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near the resort, which make everything better. We loved the place overall, with some caveats.

Breakfast was poor. The taste was good, but there were only a few options and everyday was almost the same. The rooms were ok, they are a bit old and are not the most conformable. Also, you can tell that the resort hasn't seen many people in recent times, as the room smelled of mould and the classic smell of a room that has been closed for a long time. There were also lots of flies eggs, resulting in the room being swarmed by flies at night. More in depth cleaning should be a priority.

Room was amazing, private and comfortable. The hotel staff will go out of their way to help you. There is Yoga on site and many cool restaurants close by.

Everything about the property was exceptional. Our Suite in between the rice fields Clean and Nice swimming pool Nice restaurant with good food. The location was great, not too far yet away from all the crowds. The property provides free shuttles to Ubud Market. Also, you can find Money Changer, a convenience store just opposite the property; within 2/3 min walking distance, you can find a nice restaurant which serves excellent Balinese cuisine. Just opposite the property was a fine dining restaurant which served us the best Nassi Goreng in the whole of Bali

The only reason I didn't give this property a 10/10 is because of the bathroom. The fittings are outdated, and the bathtub needs replacing. It didn't look good.

The whole property is just beautiful, the lush garden and the views are spectacular. Everything is very clean, they have 3 pools to enjoy for an early morning swim or after your outings. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great.

Some road noise from some rooms nearer the road, but given everything else this was no big deal

The buffet breakfast had a good selection, the staff are very quick to help if needed.

The rooms are a bit run down but staff respond very quickly to fix anything not working within the hour.

Environment

I really love the all the rooms have its partial outdoor space, it so comfortable to sit at the outdoor area. I also love the Balinese style of every building/rooms of this hotel, it feels very transitional. The out door area of this hotel as absolutely stunning. We took a walk a around the whole hotel inside it took us about 45min! The rice field surrounding are the mature rice. it felt like a nature tour walk. it's amazing. Hotel staff were welcomed us so warmly, and helped to carry out luggage in and out. They are trained so professionally. There is a key missing in our balcony, they helped to change the lock so quick for our security. Although the hotel is not located in the city center, they provide free shuttle service to go to center three times a day. We only used it once because the traffic near the center is really bad, we tried to avoid going in the center.

The bathroom is a bit out of dated I would have given this hotel a "10" if even only the bath tub is to be upgraded. There is a central safe locker looked after by a staff 24/7. They provide you a key and they keep another one. The locker can only be opened using two keys together. It is very secure. If a combination locker is to be installed in each room, it would be more convenient.

hotel is basically built onto the rice fields and surrounded by nature. would highly recommend Joga outdoor classes, magnificent experience. hotel itself is very clean and stuff extremely helpful and nice

beautiful place to stay, very relaxing and good eyes on the details. the breakfast was really good , staff always nice and professional. they have 3 pools, very recommended for couples. they also recommended us a nice spa to go- everything was just perfect

is not super close to the city center so probably you need a taxi but the receptionist will help you with everything

The grounds are very beautiful and natural. The pool may be rather small but is maintained well and is in a beautiful setting. The bed is comfortable and large and there is a very pleasant patio area. The breakfast is very good in a wonderful setting. The furniture throughout is beautiful and natural.

Not a big issue for me, but removing the bath tub and replacing it with a decent shower would be transformational.
