Broken shower, went 3 times to change the key from my room because it didn’t work. And I maybe got sotach ache from the breakfast last day. Plus they promised espresso machine on my room and it wasn’t there. Plus I payed extra on the property for early check in which I requestet here before the trip.

Todo. Siempre que vamos a Madrid volvemos al mismo hotel. Muy limpio y cuidado, la ubicación estupenda (no es totalmente céntrico pero está muy bien ubicado) y el trato excelente

Expensive breakfast, at least they told us "hey this is gonna cost you 24 euros" and I was like "oh wow", but it's per person...

I liked all the spaces of the hotel were super clean. The Staff very friendly and if you need something, they tried to please you. The location is not in the center but it has a bus in front of the hotel that you can take and go directly to Center.

The only thing, I didn’t like were in the terrace area; the first day I arrived, I went there and it took about 20 minutes to take my order.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to my needs as an athlete. for example they found me some milk for breakfast, they allowed us to eat at the athlete buffet, they found me a marker pen. Nothing was too much trouble

The Key card doesn't work I stayed 3 days every day I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed when you go up to the 7th floor and see that it's not working Restaurant service is horrible sat to eat waiting 30min No one came to ask what I need but I told them can I seat for dinner and they showed me where to seat the room does not have slippers and no toothbrush this would be the last time I would book this hotel

location was idea. Close to all tourist attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable.

They advertised a pool but when I asked about it, they said it would not open until June. Day time temperatures were 27 degrees in mid-May. A pool would have been a nice offering. The fitness room was also advertised but was very disappointing. it was located off the parking garage. It lacked weights and a window.

We really loved this place and the staff was super friendly. For the price we paid I was not expecting the quality of this hotel! Our room was beautiful and room service was great! Would definitely come here again

The hotel is close to the city center. In 20 minutes you can reach by walking the royal palace. As an alternative, subway stations and bus stops are really close. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I did not have breakfast included but you can order it at the restaurant at reasonable prices. I had also dinner and the quality of the food was ok and at it costed as well a reasonable price. The staff was kind.

The gym was a little bit cold but the temperature of the room could be easily improved.
