Zimmerservice war sehr gut.

Immer das gleiche beschränkte Frühstücksmenü. Lage war direkt an der Promenade die von morgens bis abends sehr laut war. Es hat im Restaurant Außenbereich sehr gestunken. Personal konnte kein Englisch und sind ohne zu fragen in unser Zimmer während unserer Abwesenheit um das Telefon zu reparieren. Pool war sehr kalt und es gab keine Rutsche.

The facilities would need some renovation here and there. The breakfast was for my taste not what I would have expected from a five star hotel.

Nice view of the ocean from the rooms with balcony. Huge 40sqm+ rooms with separate lounge areas/sofa. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff

The corridors and apartment lift lobby areas are non-air conditioned, so feels hot and humid, can't wait to get back into the rooms.

Staff tried there best to speak English! Outdoor swimming pool is nice but not heated. Breakfast was good but very busy!

Not on the beach front - have to cross the road. Location isn’t the best - Not much stuff around.

The staff was amazing, especially Sharon, the manager! She was incredibly helpful and kind. The view and the facilities were also great!

The hotel staff were wonderful, in particular this one front desk staff member- she spoke great English and was so helpful. Everything about the hotel is great, and I would recommend the facility.

I feel the hotel 's restaurants should serve a bit more Western food. And, oh, the bath tub being out in the open next to the bed without any kind of partition.... I thought was a bit weird.

Sharon at reception and the ayis were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was decent, with delicious banana bread. The facilities looked nice in the photos, but were definitely cheap and run-down.

There is ZERO SOUNDPROOFING. You can literally hear everything- from your neighbors walking and moving a chair upstairs, to people in the hall chatting and opening their doors. Outside was the worst, as there were crowds of people, having talentless singing and dancing competitions with large amplifiers EVERYDAY from 6:30-21:30. It was a complete nuisance and we did not enjoy staying at the hotel during the day. The beds were hard. Also, just to note, some of the photos in the booking advertisements are (discovered after arrival) clearly photoshopped. I was disappointed that there were no cabanas on the beach for lounging, as advertised in the images. It's not actually ON the beach. There is a busy street, a loud boardwalk with singing retirees, a short path, AND THEN the beach.

Location

There is no hot water in bathroom, it was only a little bit warm and difficult to take a shower. Breakfast is not suitable for foreigners, it s almost %100 Chinese food. I couldn't get my invoice after the payment although I sent 2 messages to hotel about the issue. Nobody gives a reply to my messages.
