Personnel pas du tout professionnel A l’accueil « Ibrahim » ne donne aucune info sur le prix ,annonce un prix sans donner le détail Il a fallu demander la facture . Enfin cet agent ne rends pas la monnaie sous prétexte qu’il n’a pas la monnaie Il a fait la meme chose avec les clients après nous Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à cause de cet agent

La proximité de la plage et du centre ville.

L'indifférence du personnel. Personne ne répond aux téléphone à la réception pour régler un soucis il fallait descendre en pyjama. L'état de la chambre, aucun confort on peut dire un 3 étoiles mais la propreté c'est inadmissible : la chambre aussi bien que la salle de bain. C'est bien dommage. Ca sentait la moisissure.

the reception staff were TOTALLY unhelpful and should be dismissed immediately!! they would not even book us a taxi to go to ferry port. I also booked a room for 2 persons and they would not allow the person to visit me !! a crazy staff setup and everyone should be replaced.

Perfect location, comfortable stay

Staff are so friendly and pleasant, location is great.

Bathroom needs extensive maintenance, bed sheets need cleaning.

I’m still waiting for them to respond to my answer that I left something in the room and till this day no answering back.

sink hole was not covered and there was a bad smell emanating from it. the towels were gray white not white and had stains of light brown color no water bottle very little shampoo and body wash the cleaning lady doesn t knock sometimes and just open the door then talk

The hotel is walking distance to the train station and in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the duvet and bed,so I had a great sleep.

The washroom and parts of the hotel are a bit tired and worn - staff were helpful.

Typical IBIS no frills style hotel, nothing out of the usual but it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was rather excessive to IBIS standards but lacking fresh fruits. Even though breakfast starts only at 07:00h, I had to check out early and was allowed to enjoy breakfast at 6:45h. I liked the swimming pool, which is rare for hotel of this category. The business center/corner was not filled with a pool table, so that was great ! Finally, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which is always nice.

Could have been a bit better cleaned. My room looked out on a construction site, but fortunately work stopped early and there wasn't any noise at night.

beds was completely broken. i couldnt even sleep normally in 4 nights.
