The room was clean and comfortable, we received our request for the queen bed. The blackout curtains worked well. The breakfast had a nice variety. Nice amenities include were an elevator and gym. The staff had options to help book tours. They also helped us arrange a taxi to and from the hotel. Hotel location was absolutely perfect!

The air conditioner seemed to not work as well during nighttime, felt slightly warm while sleeping.

we were told at check in we could use our remaining HUF/FT upon check out with remaining balance left on the credit card but when checking out we were told we could not. Not happy about that.

Location of the hotel is just amazing, walking distance from the city center and some of the nearby attractions, but also super close to bus and train stations to all the other touristy places in the city Also, the room was quiet and nice to sleep in, beds were comfortable enough Breakfast was also good, but super busy so it was difficult to find a place to sit unless you wait for a couple of minutes

The room was tiny, so it was a little uncomfortable even for two people, luckily we didn’t spend that much time in the room The other downside was that there was no parking space within hotel, so we had to pay extra- 27 euros per night at the parking lot nearby the hotel

The room is good, and the location is quite closed to the city centre.

The lights in the bathroom gave out a dim light and the sewer in bathroom were chocked up frequently. Besides these, everything is good.
