Propreté très moyenne, le canapé avait beaucoup de taches. L'appartement est en mauvais état avec un parquet qui s'arrache. L'appartement ne correspond pas du tout au photos. Le personnel est très peu respectueux et ne repond pas au message sur whatts app pendant tout le sejours, Très déçu dans l'ensemble, seul l'emplacement était super Lit très inconfortable on ressens les ressort

Purtroppo il bagno non l’abbiamo trovato proprio pulitissimo. So che non dipende direttamente da loro ma anche il palazzo in cui si trova l’appartamento non è dei più “accoglienti”.

We stayed here for a week and the room was clean and nicely furnished, especially perfect for a long stay. The location is absolutely ideal, you are central for everywhere and the various markets and street food roads and Ruin bars are one to two blocks away. if you are shopping oriented the main shopping district is only two blocks away. and you have great connections to the metro lines for exploring the city. we absolutely loved it and will stay here again, and are already recommending this location to friends and family.

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. It is a private apartment you have to yourself so if you are expecting a hotel room it might be surprising. but the security is excellent and the experience was like you are really living here for a little while

The apartment was clean and the central location was great. The internet also worked really well.

The facilities were old and there was the smell of old furniture and old amenities, also in the bathroom. The parquet was even unfoiled at the bathroom entrance and we had to make sure not to step on it and have a small piece of wood in the feet. The photos from Booking were not for our apartment and those photos looked much better. The building close to ours was under construction at exactly our floor, so we could hear everything the workers were talking like they were in our bed. I understand that another construction cannot be handled by the landlord, but it is not nice to be woken up at 6:30 on your holiday.

upon arrival, a deposit for the dog in the amount of 150 euros was requested of me (only 120 in the end). They knew about the dog 3 months in advance, I only found out about a deposit on the spot

The location of the apartment, close to the main objectives. Good points: The friendliness of the staff, I communicated very well with them and the availability of parking, even if it was for a fee. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation.

The apartment was quite worn, stained walls and worn, damaged and repaired furniture. The towels were old and for their change an extra fee is required. The toilet is not in the same room as the bathroom. Ac- is for a fee, but I knew that from the beginning. A deposit is required for the parking card, which is returned at the end. When leaving the parking lot, the barrier may be blocked, but it can be unlocked by using the card in the other direction of entry

Location is great, the apartment has almost everything I needed. Staffs were very helpful and friendly

Noisy neighbors but I think they are also tourists, so I was unlucky. There was also no detergent to wash clothes with, luckily the grocery store next door sells a small pack of washing sheets.

We booked a deluxe apartment at Leda, however and to our surprise we were given an apartment at King Block 50mtrs away from Leda Block, beside a construction side, very noisy from 7am till 5pm (except Sunday)

i dont understand how people rate 8 stars and above for this property: several bed sheets and duvets have stains on them. toilet walls need scrubbing. toilet bowl was not clean. sofa covers look old. whole place does not feel clean. the entrance to the apartment block had a smell and the corridor's floor was dirty shoe footsteps. apartment does not look anything like the pictures, only the toilet is exactly the same. avoid if you care about cleanliness

Everything was really good, everything was clean. Location was ALL! We loved that. There's also a parking under the building. They exceeded our expectations with baby crib and other baby feeding and bathing stuff!

There was some noise during the night and early morning from the other apartments, but I guess that's not something that Leda apartments can control, after all, we were in the city centre. Could use more then one AC unit.

As it was requested in the description of the property, we've contacted staff few hours in advance and informed about expected arrival time. Despite the fact, that check in is allowed till 00:00, we were asked to arrive until 21:00, because later office will be closed. It was unpleasant surprise for us (we expected to arrive a little bit later then 21:00). We managed to arrive in time (10 minutes before 21:00), but we don't know what would happen if we'd be late (we were traveling with 5 kids).

Outdated and looks old. Also there is construction on the same building so at 10:00 AM you need to leave to avoid the noise

The location was great. The service at check-in/out also good. The building itself very convenient with an underground garage and elevator. I do also appreciate all kinds of guides provided for main activities you can experience in the city.

Bathroom needs a renovation. It really doesn't have to take much. The curtains could be washed as they looked greyish with an unpleasant smell. I missed also washing pills to the washing machine. Small things that matter.

Appartement was not clean at all, broken trash cans, stained towels, kitchen cabinets all dirty. Fridge dirty. There is a huge construction/deconstruction of the neighboring house block going on, noise is unbearable and workers start EVERYDAY incl Sunday at 07.00 a.m with the horrid noise. Furniture from the 1970s…. analogue tv chanells… this place is a bad time travel….
