Great studio apartment with secure parking in quieter part of town.

Presentation and cleanliness

I liked the space in the apartment. The cooking facilities the bed.

The rooms were spacious and convenient with kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. The apartments are in a quiet, secure location away from the town centre and next to the (dry) river. There is also a small pool area and barbeque facilities.

The fan in the main bathroom was very noisy. Fortunately, we also had access to an on-suite bathroom. It was good being upstairs, but the steep staircase was awkward with luggage.

well maintained. just the right distance from town

the heavy doors that couldn’t be kept open whilst taking baggage upstairs . unfortunately the washing machine filter & vacuum cleaner had not been emptied & cleaned. very minor thing… I told the office people & they were thankful for feed back.

Good parking space and security. Nice hot water.

Dog poo in room courtyard. Dirty and dusty outside space. Mattress horribly old and lumpy. Pillows old, flat and dirty. Tired decor and unclean feel. Old TV. Couch not cleaned. Unfriendly reception staff.

Size of the apartment was good

Cleanliness, bedding had stains. Kitchen ware was not clean

Being self contained

Couldn’t see a view from my courtyard but still nice. I am afraid bed was rather uncomfortable , lumpy

very roomy 2 bdrm superior rooms comfy beds very self sufficient

dryers no notification as to cost $1 for 10mins they didnt didnt work mostly no self advertising or local area info

Clean, convenient , good to have accessible washing machine, well equipped

try not to get a ground floor room We had especially problematic noisy/ pacing top floor neighbours above for couple of nights. Their use of the common entry/ stairs was also noisy.
