Staff was very helpful when one of our tours fell apart. Tia made it so we could see Uluru at sunrise before we had to go to the airport. Without her we would have missed seeing the rock!
Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and facility was clean and we had good food.
The weather! 😬😂. No one’s fault, obviously.

Staff were sensational as was the food. Utilised the amazing day spa. Appreciated the free cultural experiences. Fantastic resort shuttle service.
The Voyagers website was clunky and difficult to use. Needs an overhaul. The pillows were shallow and uncomfortable and room service surcharge was over priced.

Staff were super helpful. Lots of food options around. Lots of areas to chill by the pool.

The rooms were good and clean. There was adequately space in the family room. Bedding was good and plenty. Climate control was good. Breakfast is $50 pp and dinner is $88 pp. Food items started to run out well before the end of meal time.
Swimming pool is not heated and so cold that it was unusable. There was no provision for microwave oven in room.

Beds, room, aesthetics, decor, service
(Pool looked great but temp was low during our stay)
Nothing you could change; cloud cover/ couldn’t see the stars
Temperature- was the same as Melbourne 😂
Price of food! (We have three children and prices in such a remote location were a surprise even though they were expected)

Location for tours, pool and the activities. Rooms are good size bathrooms updated. The pool itself is great and given you take time out for siesta during peak of the day beds are comfortable
Limited food choices if there for more than 3 days.

The experience of visiting this area was great. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. The pool area was nice and well kept.
We have been traveling around Australia and experienced a variety of quality hotels, apartments and restaurants.
Whilst we appreciate this area is further afield than most resorts we felt it was overpriced. The accommodation was not of a high standard considering the cost. The food at the resort was generally below average and again overpriced.
We wouldn't have missed going to this area but the accommodation needs some upgrading to match the cost incurred.

Drinks and meals very expensive.

It was ok. Staff were very nice, friendly and attentive. A bit of a rip off for accomodation. Super expensive and basic but i understand it's in the middle of no where so maybe that's why it's so expensive. I liked the native plants and flowers around the place.
The cost! It could be glammed up a bit.

location was good.
Front desk person’s response was so bad. She promised to call me when the room is ready, but no call at all. When I asked her our luggage is already in the room according to the porter, but she told me that room is not ready even though the luggage is there. She stressed with very strong tone that she will call me once the room is ready. I did not receive any call and joined the tour. After coming back from the sunset tour and I checked in without any call.

The service was friendly and the room was modern, clean, high quality beds and linen, and furnishing. The bathroom had the wonderful shower heads and handheld. Really lovely toiletries made from aboriginal sources. It also offered some free activities for kids like painting at various times of the day which was a nice touch!
The pool and surrounds was a bit dated. For $780 per night, I expected something a bit more special but it was lacking in facilities. We stayed 2 nights to check out uluru and surrounds. It is full of international and domestic tour groups and very busy pretty much all day.
