Location is good.

We stayed in room 304, which did not have air conditioning. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby AC fans outside our window was very disruptive. Keeping the windows closed made the room too hot, but opening them let in too much noise to sleep. When we reported this to the reception, we were simply told the manager would be informed. .

Nicely decorated and clean. Bed/comforter is very comfortable. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. He’s also very responsive and gave detail answers before my stay.

Great location with easy access to the train station and the lake and it was a bonus to have our own kitchenette. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

Location is good, 10 minutes walking distance from train station, 2 minutes from the lake bank. Breakfast is good value even though you have to pay extra, Front desk staff - Palmi is extremely friendly and helpful.

The choices of breakfast could be more varieties. Although there are choices of cold lunch meat, cheeses and bread, broiled eggs are cold and no hot meat like bacon or sausage.

Super nice guy at the reception, we were given 2 rooms (308 and 309) that, for a very unusual floor plan, were the only 2 rooms on that floor, we loved that, it felt very private. Rooms are with a decent size, everything looks new, very good mattresses and high quality linens. Location is perfect, right in the center and only one street to cross to be by the lake. We appreciate the last final touch where the hotel the day after the check out reached out to thank us for choosing them, pure class.

There is no fridge in the room. Parking not included, we parked in the recommended "Parking Marche" from 3pm to 9am costed 31 chf ( pretty sure there is nothing better in the area).

Very comfortable hotel, beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Short walk to the train station. Rooms were well kept with modern bathroom facilities with fluffy towels. Was a bonus to be given a free pass for public transport during our stay.

Perhaps the rooms would benefit from a little refresh, especially add some colour and update the rather suggestive pictures ( obviously based purely on our taste). Our kitchenette needed a few more items added to make it usable.

Die Lage ist super zentral, direkt am See und im Zentrum. Auch zu Fuss vom Bahnhof aus gut zu erreichen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut! Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist gut, das Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein, der Zugang zum Fenster war durch das Bett etwas versperrt. Auch Dusche/Bad war eher klein und keine Ablageflächen. Die Vorteile überwiegen aber!

Il bagno senza finestra, senza bidet, 1 dei 2 sifoni doccia non funzionante, dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva appena appena un rigagnolo d'acqua, la mancanza di 1 lampadario centrale (stanza troppo buia, illuminata solo all'ingresso da 2 faretti).

Toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir besuchten den Weihnachtsmarkt Montreux. Sehr zentral gelegen vom Bahnhof und Markt. Wir wurden mit einem Zimmerupgrade versehen. Tolles Zimmer mit sensationeller Aussicht. Sehr freundliches Personal. Icht das letze Mal in diesem Hotel.

En général, très bien, accueil chaleureux, hôtel bien situé dans la ville et bon rapport qualité prix.

Nous avons séjourné un samedi soir et notre chambre donnait sur la rue, il y a avait beaucoup de bruits provenant de l'extérieur jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées.

Es war ein bisschen zu kühl im Zimmer aber man wurde bereits bei der Buchung darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Nicht schlimm.

Posizione

Position was excellent, room was adequate but carrying the heavy cases up to level 3 was unexpected. Also, when coming from the Railway Station there is a lift down to the street that we were not aware of. Maybe ask about that if talking to the hotel before arriving.

The receptionist were helpful and the hotel was quite and the location is awesome.

It was stated in the booking that the room has a lake view,however, it was not explained that view is partially. After using the elevator to go to our room, we had to go through stairs, and carrying the luggage was not easy.

much smaller than the picture show, especially washroom. shower is very unstable,suddenly turn to cold water when bathing. even with a lift, some of the room need to be reached through stairs.
