Room wad clean and comfortable, parking was easy and hassle free.
Restruant staff were pretty bland, disinterested and didn't really seem to care.
No plugs by nightstands in my room.

I would have liked a sideplate, if not on the table then a supply on the buffet bar would have been nice.

The staff were so helpful and kind when they found out the my dad was in hospital and that’s why we were staying. Food and restaurant staff were outstanding.

Very clean room and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff plenty of parking spaces. Food and drinks reasonable prices.
Bar area next to restaurant I would say that although quite comfortable seating not much atmosphere. A bit clinical I think maybe a bit of background music would help. I think room was a bit overpriced at £150 per night for room only, breakfast would have been an additional £10 per person not including tea coffee or juice. So would have been even more expensive. We actually chose to have breakfast at the nearby Morrisons . I think breakfast should be included at the price we were charged for the room.

We left the Netherlands at 5 in the morning and arrived at the Park Lodge Hotel at 5:30 pm. Really tired from the journey, we were so relieved that the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was nice. The shower was heaven and the breakfast was delicious. We were really happy that we chose this hotel.

It wasn't a Lodge, just a motel and no park in sight (only a parking!). We fled Aberystwyth (horrible) because we could not find a place to park our camper van, this hotel was the first I could find with a suitable parking.

Free parking. Room and bathroom were clean, I especially liked the rainfall shower. Breakfast service was prompt, good choice on menu, everything was cooked well.

nice new, meals were good room nice and big (which we had booked)
outside our room was a set of steel fire stairs leading back toward our room. these stairs had two compressor units under them obviously for the restaurant cool rooms. they ran all night 6 minutes off then 2 minutes on. impossible to sleep. I approached a staff member who replied “we just changed one of them compressors because it was too noisy” The room should have been denoted DO NOT LET

clean, comfortable and convenient. the food was lovely and staff very friendly
this time was the cost. we paid a lot more this time due to the uni students moving in. which is disappointing. even this time in half term we have paid no where near the amount that we did on this stay.
