Second time staying here. Wonderful and charming apartment with absolutely stunning views.

The apartment is located just across a small road to the prom, overlooking the beach, sea and promenade, so great for just sitting and watching the world go by. it's very well equipped with all one might need for a stay and the bed is very large and comfortable. The location is perfect as the main shops, restaurants and cafe's are all very close. The rail station and bus station are both a very short walk away. The apartment was very quiet at night and suited us perfectly. I would recommend this accommodation.

When we arrived the heating thermostat had been turned down so it was quite chilly in the room. A notice advised not to touch the controls and so we had to call the owner for instructions. It was easy to rectify but perhaps the heating controls could have been checked before our arrival. Also the time on the boiler had not been changed to BST meaning the heating came on quite late in the morning and evening, so we had to change the controls on the boiler frequently. There was an air freshener type perfume in the room which I think was on the bulb of one of the lamps and became very strong when the lamp was switched on. It wasn't the most pleasant perfume and we kept the lamp turned off so as not to make the smell any stronger. Parking on the Prom is restricted most days. We were lucky to be able to park in the small car park which was part of the property.

compared to more expensive dirty and old hotels in the area, this apartment was a breath of fresh air (quite literally as Premier Inn do not allow windows to open at all). The decor and furnishing was good. If only I had known about this apartment at the start of our work in Aber! I liked the layout and the decor, the cleanliness and the proximity to town.

i would suggest keypad entry programmed for each stay (not expensive) as i was unaware how to pick up keys when i arrived. I would probably make this a two bed apartment by putting micro kitchen in living room and turning large kitchen into another bedroom. but note these are more advisory than criticism.

All the furnishings were top quality, the bed was enormous. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were every coffee and tea available complimentary. Fantastic view of the sea. Parking available at the back of the property on first come basis.

The central heating was on too low for the time of year when was -7 outside overnight. It took me a whole day to get it to come on. There were plug in electric oil heaters we had to use them. Which weren't as good as it was a big apartment.

Absolutely everything especially the view and the comfortable bed. Have always wanted to stay on the sea front and this was perfect.

The flat is along the promenade offers spectacular views of the Irish Sea. It is decorated in colorful quirky stylish way that always lifts my spirits. It has a full kitchen.

The flat is delightfully decorated. It is easy to get Netflix on both TVs. The view is exceptional! The owner is friendly and approachable. I have stayed in their other flats and all are wonderful and quirky.

Absolute wonderful location, apartment and all amenities too. The communication was good with the owners/manager. Instructions on finding and getting into the apartment were very clear and easy. The apartment is very well furnished and extremely comfortable and convenient to everything in Aberystwyth.

I would have loved to have stayed longer - a very nice home away from home.
