Amazing sunset, beautiful rooms and swimming pool

The property location is beautiful, the pool area has various ‘chill areas’ with bean bags, swings and sun loungers and this faces onto what feels like a private beach where the sand is soft and the sea clean. As the name suggests you can see the sunset from the pool too. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and very tasty and affordable too.

The towels and linen were not changed but we were only there for four nights and this didn’t bother us so we didn’t ask. We booked one beach bungalow which looked as though it has a hammock on the porch but there was not one there.

The rooms were all the same, with the difference of some having sea views and some with garden views. The location is just on the beach, which has low and high tides. The water is clean and warm and clear. The pool was also lovely, perfect size for the resort. Staff were friendly and the location to Haad Rin beach was also just a quick and simple 9 minute walk away. We stayed here purposely so my 75 year old mother could relax in a calm environment while us younger folk could go and enjoy the Full Moon Party. This was perfect for that. We enjoyed the food and drinks, but you can definitely get more and better by simply stepping out of the resort. I'd suggest Pun Pun for food (just around the corner) and really anywhere you can get drinks, so easy. The rooms were clean and did exactly what they needed to. A bit higher end than the typical party beach bungalows, but don't expect Koh Samui style luxury. The beds were firm and comfortable. Slept like a baby listening to the sea waves. For us, this was a wonderful place to stay for 4 nights. The sunsets are truly something!

If I had to nit pick then this is what I could have to say... If you're expecting full luxury then please also remember this part of Koh Phangan is catering for Full Moon Party goers. It isn't for couples looking for calm dancing and families looking to get away. While this resort can just about pull that off, this area in general is not that. Also, if you're the type of person that is totally anti cannabis... then you should probably rethink Thailand altogether. It is legal here, and people and tourists on the Islands most definitely enjoy this. So don't expect to control that aspect of your holiday when you're coming to visit a foreign country. Enjoy what the country has to offer! The staff at times could be slow, but again I believe they are still adjusting to life after Covid. If you're looking to stay in Koh Phangan for a very long time and only come down to the FMP for the day... then there are other parts of the island with better facilities and resorts... but this one, for our purposes and our visit, definitely did what we expected it to. We would stay again.

This could be a decent place, nice location, simple but OK bungalows.

Staff not making much effort. In some places, there was junk lying around, finished drinks were not cleared. Some maintenance is needed.

Great little villa approx 80m from beach, short walk in to Haad Rin, hotel pool practically on the beach.

Haad Rin very quite during week and when it's not full moon party, 3 nights was enough at the resort.

Was suspicious but upon arrival it turned out there is no reason for it. Right next to the beach you can either enjoy the pool or the sea, it was so beautiful! Staff was super friendly and happy all the time. The Bungalows were lovely and very clean.

It was unfortunate that the Barkeeper was on holiday and no replacement was there to make people a drink during the offered happy hour

Loved this place! The pool is right on the beach and it’s perfect! The staff is so nice and helpful and the room is very comfortable. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the full moon party but it’s far enough that you can’t hear it and you can sleep so it’s perfect
