Beautiful old building with plenty of garden around very secure with locked gates, lovely pool unfortunately for us the weather was poor and could not enjoy the facilities that was there. Nice village with a good bar and nice meal, ideal place for staying with family and relaxing away from the city of Florence which is only 20min away by bus. Also nice camping site within 10 min walk with lovely facilities and good eating place.

Because of the rainy weather it was approximately 200mtrs of gravel path which was full of puddles but that was because it rained constantly. On a sunny day it would be a lovely walk

Insurrections for arriving via public transport (bus) could have been a bit clearer. It's in a nice location, but it is about half an hour bus ride from the city centre.

Beautiful old estate preserved till today. Stunning features, architecture and art, makes you feel like you moved back in time to someone's home.

Small signs on gates not very visible at night, but it's not anything major.

The hotel is very quite with vintage furniture, vintage style with all facilities you need & nina the host is very helpful & friendly

To get here I think the best option is renting a car if you are coming from abroad. This is a nice old big house, furbished in old style. Wood everywere. Very suggestive and very nice, especially if you're not italian. (I mean italians, which I am, are used or at least already know, to this kind of architecture). The room has air con and all conforts. The swimming pool is big enoug to relax and have a little swim. You can easily sunbath inside or close to the border of it, there are also seats in the shade under a tent close to it. Breakfast was a serius thing! A lot of food. Do not expect scrambled egg or fried stuff. The intresting point is you can have it in the kitchen or in the balcony which is very nice, romantic and quiet.

The swimming pool gets locked at 20:00, we arrived at 15 ,at 16 we left to go to a wedding, so we did not have time to have a little swim and asked if we could have used it by the night. No was the answer. I was a bit upset to be honest. Check In / Check out time could be improved . We had to leave by 10 in the mornig, which is really annoiyng, especially if you are in the middle of 2 flights in 2 days. To be honest we asked to leave at 11 and the answer was YES in this case. They should extend this time (12 would be better) as a rule in my opinion. 5 hors to clean a double couple of rooms , in my opinion, means the work is not well organized or you are working under the correct number of personnel. But this is a national problem in Italy.

there wasn’t one thing except maybe the breakfast could have cooked item in the morning but the food that was there was still top notch.

Parking facility was really handy. Bus stop was just up the street brought us straight into City centre. Room was really clean and air conditioning very good.

The location was fine with secure parking. The room was also of good size.

Seemed to be a lack of staffing at the Reception. We were given a recommendation slip for a taxi company who would not except a booking in advance of 10 minutes. On our second call to get the cab we were kept waiting then hung up on with the person shouting Porko down the line. Do not use +39 055 4242 ! Use a taxi app to get a cab. I am aware this is not the Hotels fault but they should not recommend this company.

Incredibly relaxing stay. We did a couple of days here after staying in the centre of Florence. Lots of little touches that make a big difference for example a fridge in the pool area, mosquito repellant in all the communal areas. If you want to be in walking distance to the main Florence attractions I’d recommend staying closer in - this is perfect for a few days of relaxation.

The staff spoke no English. Which was OK but you need to take it off the website that English is spoken as it isn't. Not a word. Which is fine as I could. Pick stuff up.

We really did not expect such a cozy stay. We really enjoy every second. If you are coming to explore Florence, looking for inspiration, or just want to chill, this is the place for you. There is a big and safe parking in the backyard, so you can explore the city using public transport (bus 14A or 14B is nearby). My favorite place in the villa is the kitchen with a view.

Quite far from the center and the bus is unfortunately not very reliable, but that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast is very simple and the same every day. The mattress should be replaced.

Good location, private parking, open pool. The whole villa is really marvelous and breakfast was very tasty. Definitely a best stay on our trip to Italy. Decor is old fashioned but upgraded where needed (bathroom for example)

Staff that knows english to ask Some more stuff.

We had a relaxing time staying at Rovezzano B&B. We received a warm welcome from Nina who took care of us during our stay. The room is quite spacious and it is very clean and pretty (i love the style of the interior design of the building). We enjoyed our time having breakfast (with great variety) there. We could enjoy our breakfast at the dinning area or at the 2 terrace right next to the dinning area. It is quite convenient to take bus 14 to reach the city center. Watch out that there are 14a and 14b that have slightly different stops. We are very glad that Francesca helped us to book a taxi to the airport as we needed to leave quite early.
