The pool and the room and the whole accommodation was amazing, great breakfast with the beautiful views. The staff was helpful and friendly. The AC in the room was just perfect and great bed.

I had the best experience. Great location close to the most lively part of Capri but private at the same time. I got pampered by the staff of Mamela as soon as I got there especially from Serena who was the one I interacted with the most I guess due to shift schedule, always finding great support and advice to plan my activities. I really enjoyed the pool, the bar and the breakfast area as well as the stunning sea view from my bedroom. The facility is built in a beautifully classic Capri style. Top class experience for sure. I totally recommend it.

This hotel was lovely in all aspects, accommodations, staff, food, view, location, and gorgeous pool. After exploring most of Capri and Anacapri would definitely stay here again.

good view from hotel room, poolside and proximity to the town centre.
Reception staff were average in terms of being friendly and receptive. There was no complimentary bathrobe or bottles of water.
Breakfast could have been better. there was plenty of choice regarding cakes and pastries but a lack of. other basic food items such as limited fresh fruit (for example no bananas, apples, pears or plumbs)

they forgot one of the bags and was missed to be delivered to the boat upon arrival. not flexible in early check out.
