When I go to bogotá, I always stay there, the room they give me is great, big with 3 nice windows and very confortable bed! The service in the breakfast is really special

Second visit to the hotel. The location is excellent - on a quiet street yet close to everything you need. The breakfast is good - hot full breakfast. The staff are all very friendly and ensure your stay is great!

There was nothing we didn't like. In fact, we extended our stay.

I liked the jacuzzi on our room. Also that they could heat up my own leftovers I had brought to the room.

Even thou I was the one who booked and payed for the hotelroom, the receptionist only spoke to my partner at check in and check out and not to me. They also only spoke in spanish even thou the person at check in knew English so I couldn't understand any of the information that was given to us. This feelt quite disrespectful to me. The breakfast wasn't good quality, for example the pineapple slices were so unripe and sour that I couldn't eat them. The portions also didnt feel big enough and I left without being full. The sink in the bathroom was leaking so the floor got very wet. And I would have liked more options for the minibar (which was enmpy, we had to call and order with the phone), for example one portion wine bottles or smirnoff ice.

location close to cafes and conveniences. bed was very comfortable and the deco very tasteful and art was great. breakfast was good hot water was great

there was some repair work on the 2nd day in the afternoon that was a little to noisy but it didn’t go on for to long.
