The sea view from our room! We was so close you could hear the sea! The owners of this hotel are THE BEST! Literally. The were amazing at making sure the room and service provided was excellent. They made sure we were super comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one.

mediocre at best, overpriced, not 4 stars considering how it looks overall (beaten-up and worn-out), and the provided services. the restaurant is a canteen, self-service, of course, and it was usually hot or ridiculously hot; the food was average with minor variations throughout the 9 days we stayed; drinks - local, most likely the cheapest or a really poor selection, so we've ordered extra and paid for that, not a broad selection even when paying; all-inclusive service - not worth it. the exclusive suites are off premises (mentioned nowhere in the descriptions), a 5 minutes' walk up the hill from the reception or 7-10 minutes from the restaurant. being off premises means that you cannot easily access any off the services included in the all-inclusive package. the exclusive suites have no kitchenette, no dining area, are near a noisy road; everything squeaking and banging; no door properly closed, and you could feel and hear the breeze inside with everything shut; the master bathroom was upstairs and it was a glorified shower with no window nor a vent, so it was smelly; none of the shower-heads were properly cleaned, so half the holes were dripping at best; the water temperature and pressure fluctuated a lot - really difficult to shower as an adult, so try that for a 10-months old; the stairs were abnormally steep and high; in the booking.com description belussi states having a children pool and jacuzzi, and there aren't any; playground - an unusable old house with a slide (coming from parents with older children); snack bar - some leftovers from breakfast; one of the canteen busboys visited us at 11:30pm to throw some chlorine (i guess) in the suite's private pool - no heads-up, no dosage check, no nothing; belussi is green as in still using plastic cups, straws, stirrers, and various plastic bottles for water, sodas etc. and having no recycling bins whatsoever. a lot to write, but booking.com is not allowing more than this.

Was a great experience, we had breakfast included, and the food was great, the sizes of the rooms very generous, clean, they chance the towels every day, you have beach towels aswell. The owners are friendly and helpful, lovely people. The team is a big family and they make you feel like home. We really enjoy to stay on Belussi. But if you like to visit the areas make sure you are with car, also you can rent a scooter, car....we rent a scooter. Enjoy:)

All in all, it was okay, the staff was nice, but it's definitely not a 4-star hotel, so do not seek for that level of services and comfort. If you go for the island itself and the accommodation is secondary, it can be a good choice.

What I truly disliked was the concept of the bathroom that was more like a "shower room"plus a separate "toilet room" (in the junior suite and in the panoramic view suite). The wash basin and the mirror were outside, so when I got up earlier, I couldn't even brush my teeth without waking up my husband. Cleanliness could be further improved. Also, be aware that the beach is basically a rocky shore that is not ideal for swimming (or at least always keep your water shoes with you, it's necessary!). The view however is really nice.

This is very nice 3* star hotel, no 4*. We were dissapointed, because we expect more. I wish I would pay more attention to the negative references. They are true. But the rooms vere clean. It made our stay survivable.

First day, our daughters were in room of lower quality than we paid for, we didn't get any compensation. When we complained to the owner, he proposed us that he can cancel our stay and we can find another hotel 😑. We felt offended. Last day the wife of the owner wanted us to pay bar bill for our room, that was created one day before our arrival. It looks like rooms are still under reconstruction. Selection of food is is still poor. We expected something for what we paid. We were dissapointed. There were no bathroom, shower was next to the bed

Amazing place, amazing people, great staff.

It’s not a good hotel, this is not a 4 stars hotel. We payed in advance and we contacted them to help us find a car rental company. They refused to help us and said that we can only speak after we check in, even though we needed a car from the first day. After we arrived, they charged us an extra 600 euro for our 2 year old son. We never pay for him because he sleeps in our bed and eat his own food that we brought from home. They didn’t cared, but finally they accepted an extra charge of „only” 300 euros for a child that doesn’t cost them anything. The hotel is old, everything in the room has at least a little damage to it. Everything was cheap-looking and put there just so they can say they have it, 2 lights didn’t work, the wi-fi was very bad and we needed to keep the bathroom door closed with a chair so we can use the bathroom. The food and drinks were mediocre at best, part of the food was bought precooked and really bad. And even though in the restaurant was a dispencer with sodas and water, after 2 days they told us that we are allowed to take only water from the dispencer because the sodas were for all inclusive guests and we only paid for half board. The hotel is very isolated, you need a car if you want to do anything. Unfortunately we paid a lot of money for this vacation and for us it was the worst hotel experience in last 10 years.

We had a suite with a private pool with a view onto the sea. Every morning we woke up with a beautiful sunrise. The reception was very friendly and informal. The breakfast was very tasty with intercontinental food and fresh fruits. The service personal was friendly and worked silently in the background. The hotel has a small pool bar with good cocktails and a courteous barkeeper. The hotel is located directly on the beach and has a great atmosphere at night when we enjoyed our cocktails. The public pool seems a little bit small but we havn‘t been their because we‘re lucky and had our own pool :). We had an amazing week and can recommend the Belussi Beach Hotel

The installations in the bathroom (rainbow showers and water taps) may need an update.

very nice staff willing to help. Location is handy restaurant on site swimming pool and direct access to the sea. few rocks to access the sea and hotel not that easy to find. A car is needed as location not very close to any touristic area. Location dedicated to family with small kids. One room was recently refurbished and the other room was a bit old fashioned. the third bed was an old sofa not very comfortable. the room were nevertheless very big with a terrass. nice for evening conversation.

The staff was very kind , the food was good, the cocktails were ok and quite cheap, my opinion is that the pictures you see here are giving you a quite different picture then what the hole area actually looks like in real life, so I expected more. Overall ok.
