The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The restaurant recommended a menu and I liked it. If you need to stay a little longer due to flight time, the hotel was able to easily extend your check-out at a low cost.

Breakfast was good ,nicely prepared.

One thing which I really like the most is the staff. Mr Saurabh Bhatnagar is really an awesome guy. His supervision is amazing. Will contact him again

non smoking rooms smells smoky, uncleaned washrooms, worst staff, when we talk about that., they just ignored.

Continues drilling noises. Informed to staff but nothing was heard

the hotel was very good great customer service from the reception, buffet, and room staff. It was accessible very safe and within walking distance to other places to eat. The rooms were bigger than, the big bed loads of space for the things with adequate supplies in the bathroom. The Chefs were kind enough to reduce the Chilli factor on our food orders as we don't do chilli but wanted to enjoy the local food

The only issue was the loud music from some bars nearby but that was not the hotel's fault or under their control. the nights the music was off it was quiet
