Obiady w restauracji sycące, bardzo smaczne przygotowane na bieżąco, w cenie jak najbardziej adekwatnej do jakości i ilości. Kelnerzy mega sympatyczni- ze szczerym uśmiechem- szybko i sprawnie wszystko przebiegało!

W pokojach od strony piekarni głośno przez całą noc- trzaski ze strony piekarni nie hotelu- jednak były uciążliwe. Pokoje od strony ulicy Tatrzańskiej ciche i przyjemne.

The location was great. It was close to city center, and easy to get to. There was sufficient parking at the hotel.

The room was clean

If your windows are placed to the bakery, the noise can disturb your sleep (we had room Nr. 320). Beds were too soft, shower cabin was really small.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely restaurant, variety of food selection for breakfast. Parking. Kettle, tea and coffee in the room.

The furniture is very old and cheap. Bed, pillow, blanket, bathroom furniture, everything was cheap and uncomfortable. The hotel should invest a little bit more for the comfort of their guests.

Well, there is not much to like. I guess breakfast was nice and water pressure in a shower was great. Although having shower head at nose level is not preferable.

I've booked two double rooms. Expecting as per booking to have two rooms with double beds. Ended up with 2 rooms with single beds. Rooms are locked with a key, like it's 1990. You have to make sure you close the door behind you. There is no air conditioning in rooms. And right behind the hotel there is frozen food warehouse. The noise is unbearable. Having windows open is out of a question. So you end up slowly boiling in a room. Needless to say neither of us slept that night. Parking provided is spacious but the security gates are left open all day and night. For a similar price you can rent an apartment with 2 bedrooms in close proximity.
