Excellent destination, friendly and responsive staff, breakfast is tasty and sufficient, but could be varied

Just in front of the park, less than 500 steps to the beach, delicious breakfast. All you need in just one place. Congratulations to the entire Gran Via Team.

Clean and taken care of

Big apartment with great location and an option for parking, right next to the hotel, which is in the city center.

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms were clean and well looked after. Showers are good, not like some other hotels we have been in Bulgaria. The people were brilliant and very accommodating. Breakfast is fresh, and although there is a set menu, you can still mix and match as you wish. Just ask. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, it was clean and the mattresses was comfortable. Nice and quiet location. Polite staff. I would stay here again.

Instead of double bed we had two singles next to each other and that is uncomfortable for a couple. The ACs are extremely noisy. I couldn't fall asleep until the AC of the next room was stopped at 4:30am.
