Habitación tenía calefacción solo sector baño la de la habitación no funcionaba

La construcción es típica y antigua, tiene muchos objetos y pinturas bellos

La calefacción por radiadores estaba apagada y la encendían según el piso cuando uno lo pedí pero tardaba en calentar

Gente muy amable, preocupada de que los huéspedes se sientan bien. Además es un lugar lleno de antigüedades, hecho que lo vuelve especial.

No tuve ningún inconveniente.

The beds where not very comfortable there was no soap in the bathroom no amenities

There is not restaurant, the breakfast is well below average for the price and their is also no laundry services (at extra cost) as indicated on the webpage.

Quirky hotel with a lot of personality on a great location very close to city Center. Good wifi. Breakfast is provided.

The hotel needs repairs, the bathroom door didn’t fully close and the ventilation was noisy. It has a small carpark and if it’s full you should find your own parking on an area that charges to park on the street. You are asked to leave the key at the front desk, so if the front manager is somewhere else when you arrive, you have to wait for them.

terrible breakfast, esp for the south of chile where usually breakfasts are great

Breakfast was awful. No fruits, no option of decaf coffee. Even the toaster was broken, so I ended up having breakfast at a restaurant near by. My room was between the elevator and the Woden stairs and light came through the glass part of the door as they keep it on at night. Really noisy. Not what I was expected for a £150/night.
