The hotel is beautiful and nostalgic. The breakfast was good and service was also very good. I also liked my room and it was very clean. The central Railway Station and Tivoli are right next to the hotel.

The location is terrible if you need to sleep. On my side of the hotel the noise from outside was very loud: people, cars and fireworks from the Tivoli. Didn’t get much sleep unfortunately.

Location is next to the train station and a walking distance to the city center. It’s also very clean. I like the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The windows must be single glazed because I could hear all the noise from the street. My room was on the second floor facing and I could hear everything from the street below (including I believe trains) all night long. So it’s not conducive for sleeping.

Meget venligt personale i receptionen. Et dejligt roligt hotel med en behagelig stemning, smagfuldt indrettet. Jeg havde et værelse på 3. etage, så der var også en fin udsigt. Og så er nærheden til Københavns Hovedbanegård en stor fordel. Jeg kunne også godt lide morgenmaden - der var en masse at vælge imellem.

Morgenmadslokalet blev efterhånden fyldt op, og jeg bemærkede, at der var nogle gæster, der var nødt til at vente lidt, før de kunne sidde ned. Det var ikke mit eget problem, for jeg havde fået en plads, men jeg kom også ned til morgenmaden forholdsvis tidligt.

Quarto pequeno. Pensei ter reservado um quarto grande, com sacada, conforme álbum de fotos. No entanto, minha reserva foi para quartos de 15m, apertados, desconfortáveis. Não havia percebido. Sugiro que essa informação fique mais clara nas fotos. Solicitei a troca mas o hotel estava cheio. Só esse ponto foi frustrante.

I traveled with friends and there was no breakfast table open to accommodate all of us. When I asked the breakfast staff person if I could combine tables, he frowned and told me no. I was very disappointed

The location is perfect. Right beside the station. An easy walk to lots of places and also to all forms of public transport. The hotel is lovely, in an old-fashioned way. The staff are helpful and attentive.

I'd have preferred more coffee sachets, but I didn't ask.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the station and a simple bus ride from the airport. Everything we needed to see and do in Copenhagen was on our doorstep. Its a beautiful city, but mega expensive! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Requested a quiet high room when I made the booking. Room on the first floor - hardly high !! It was on the corner of the hotel with busy cross roads directly below. I was advised that as near the station, train noise was to be expected but this was not an issue, it was the road noise. The weather was hot but could not have windows open due to the noise. Hotel provided ear plugs but sleeping with something in our ears did not appeal ! There was a fan in the room which we had to have on each night - not ideal when trying to be green !

The hotel is Art Deco and we liked its style. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning so we had to leave the window open. The noise was continuous and very loud. It wasn't train noise but people and cars revving to create noise.

I stayed at Hotel Astoria twice (June 6-June 8, 2023, and June 21-June 22, 2023). It is a historical building so it is not modern in any way, no air conditioning in hotel rooms so I ordered a fan ahead of my arrivals. However, the lobby has a nice seating area and the hotel serves an unlimited buffet breakfast for 4-1/2 hours with good, delicious, and nutritious foods. Hotel Astoria is a short walk from the train station if you want to take the train from Copenhagen airport. You get off on the third train stop. To exit the train station to go to Hotel Astoria, find the McDonald’s and Starbucks, and exit there. You will find lots of parked bicycles outside, and you will see the hotel name right away. It costs only 30 cents one way to ride the train, but make sure you ask someone at which track number to go to - it can be tricky. Better yet, if you can download the train App, it’s better. There are places to eat and places to buy groceries in the train station, if you want to save money. For Hop On Hop Off tour buses, walk to another hotel nearby; ask the Front Desk for the name of that hotel because I forgot. I rode City Sightseeing; the Front Desk told me Red Sightseeing is a better choice - I didn’t know. Tivoli Garden is across the train station on the front side of the train station.

Expensive. Hotel rooms and elevators are small. The hotel room door was very tricky to me at first, but I learned to lock it properly with the help of 2 front desk employees. Simply stated, just close your hotel door from the inside; it automatically locks; Do Not use your door key to lock your door - You will regret it!

it was such an amazing location which is very much close from the central station!! The room was nice and warm, mostly the breakfast was fantastic!! I definitely would love to say here once I come back to Copenhagen again!!
