I would like to say this has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I chose your hotel due to the reviews, it's supposedly luxury, and best customer service. I want to be clear this hotel showed none of this to my family and I. This was an awful stay since the first day, but we tried to make the best of it and only got worse! Let me explain why. The first day we got there we realized your lack of customer service at the entrance with our luggage and your bed sizes. We had to roll our own heavy luggage up to reception with no support at all. Not even an offer. Then when it got to the beds, we had stayed 1 day at the Holiday Inn in a Double Bed-Room. 100% queen size, my husband and I had enough space to comfortably sleep. We get to your hotel and we're right next to each other bumping elbow on how small your beds were! I let manager Isaac know, and he mentioned your hotel only handles queen and king size beds. That is 100% a lie as I mentioned, compared to the holiday inn hotels beds yours are not queen they are full. Second, how inhumane are your staff to not provide hygiene toilet paper to your customers right away when asked to do so. I had to call the front desk 3 times, and walk over there to ask for more toilet paper to receive it!! Then I am told I can only get 2 not 3. I was in shock to know we were limited. Is it a requirement to embarrass my family members and explain to all your staff why we need more toilet paper? Does your staff think we are stealing your luxurious toilet paper or going to sell it outside for money? I absolutely did not and still do not understand why this was such an issue. Third, I put up the sign for room service in the morning and left around 9:50am. We were back around 2pm and the room was not cleaned. I called the receptionist to explain to me why the room was not cleaned, and was told the sign on the door asked for privacy. I went to check it and it clearly did not!

I paid 350 for 2 nights i tought it was too much till i got to the hotel somehow i got a room in the top floor a jr suite with minibar, snacks and balcony plus I got free breakfast and dinner/snacks free beer and some cocktails defenetly worth it.

The pool was unheated. Nobody used it for that reason.

IT WAS DEFINITELY A 5 STAR PLACE

HAD TO GET ROOM KEY RESET EVERY DAY FOR OUR STAY :(

The hotel facilities were very good, friendly and helpful staff when we arrived.

What needs to improve is the pre-arrival communications. I submitted several messages prior to our arrival which were not answered. In some cases, I just got our booking confirmed again but no reply to my queries. After we left the hotel, my wife realized that she left her sunglasses in the room, no. 715. She rang the hotel and asked if someone had found them. The lady on the phone said she would check and let us know. To this date, we have not had a reply!!! This left a very bad feeling about your hotel despite that fact that everything else was very good. Can you look into this for us??
