el apartamento carecía de implementos de cocina suficientes , lo cual me pareció de muy mal gusto por parte de los propietarios o el hotel .

elegant, big rooms and clean

I loved the location, it’s a nice neighbourhood of Barranquilla and the pool and breakfast were lovely.

I booked an apartment and upon arrival, went across to the supermarket to stock up. After turning the lights off however I spotted 3 cockroaches within 30 min of turning the lights off (bathroom and kitchen). I have a phobia so the next day they offered to move me to a different part of the hotel, however i spent a sleepless night, and threw a whole food shop away since the new room didn’t have facilities.

there was a constant smell of natural gas, they siding change the room even though i complained a couple times, the constantly woke me up at 8am to ask if i wanted laundry done, the check-in time was supposed to be at 3pm the room wasn’t ready until 3:45pm

The staff is very friendly, they are very helpful. The hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, the lobby is very clean and there is a sitting area outside which is nice. You have taxis outside at the entrance most of the time, so we didn't have any problems catching a cab.

The room was very small compared to what they posted online. In the living room, there was no tv, the stools were uncomfortable. There was only one remote control for 2 AC units, the AC unit in the bedroom had no fan control so it blasted the cold air at night which made you wake up from the cold, you could only turn it off, you wouldn't lower the fan speed. The bed was also very hard. The Pool was very small. Our room had many issues with the safe, each time we need to go, the safe malfunctioned and will not work, we had to call security and wait until they were done fixing the safe before we could go out.

Everything was so clean and tidy and breakfast was absolutely amazing

The apartment doesn’t have clean finishes, in the AC mostly

Breakfast was good and location was safe and felt secure

It would've been nice to have a tv in the living room

Not much I didn't like.
