Comfortable bed. Very helpful staff

Was unaware my room was upstairs and no lift. Difficult 15 steps for an elderly woman

Size of the apartment and its location. Supermarket just over the road and easy walk into town. Also good parking for guests. Manager very friendly and helpful. Didn’t charge us to store our bags.

The position, but honestly the initial interaction with owner/ manager was so relaxed and welcoming. He was fun, chilled but very helpful. Set up a great vibe

Nothing really!

The little courtyard and BBQ was very handy. Kitchen was kitted out well and the full size fridge was good. The location was great near the shops and just a stroll into town. Staff were helpful with letting our family member into deposit some shopping and baby cot prior to our arrival. Overall apartment was nice functional and furniture was modern. Nice big tv downstairs.

We stayed for 7 nights and did not get a cleaning service. Every item listed to be available for us to add into our stay was not available. This made our stay with a baby very challenging. No portable cot available no baby gates available no late check out possible. We ended up buying a portable cot for our stay.

Staff were nice and helpful. Great location! Affordable price. Had fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Comfy bed.

Our room was right next to reception with stairs in front of us. No parking out front of room like other rooms had to park car further down but wasn't to far away.

Not much apart from location.

Cleanliness, floor coverings, and furniture were putrid, stained, dried food on couches and armchairs. They charge for everything, incl additional towels, storing baggage for early checkin or out. The new owners are just about making money, not about guest comfort or pleasure.

Quite a comfortable small townhouse. A little bit out of the main town but it is across the road from a shopping centre with supermarket.

Size of the apartments/rooms

Quiet location despite being conveniently close to a busy Kmart/Coles shopping complex and within easy walking distance to the city if you so desire.

Apartments are duplex style which is fine but the sound of the water pipes when your upstairs neighbour is showering was quite loud and disruptive if guests choose to shower late at night.

Convenient location for festivale.

Thought we were getting a room with 2 doubles & 2 singles but instead got 1 double & 4 singles. Miscommunication from the reception on different instances.

Room service was lacking, staff didn’t show up 3 days in a row so we ran out of toilet paper (understandably there was no room service on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but we thought someone would come by the next day as we saw other rooms being serviced as we were heading out). For some reason our room was skipped. By the time we were back at the property after our day out, reception had already closed so we couldn’t even ask for more toiletries

The apartment was very old and needed redecorating and the mattresses were uncomfortable..

Where to start. The room was located on the ground floor right at the bottom of the staircase for the upstairs units. The room was so small (even smaller than usual due to the shower/toilet having been turned to accommodate disable guests). Luckily, I had toured the Penal Colony of Port Arthur and had seen how small accommodation could be. The fridge was so tiny that most of the food we carried with us at to stay at room temperature. And this is sold as : " Elphin Serviced Apartments ". Lost in translation.

Location and price

It was a very clean and tidy and comfortable as expected. Location was good. All the shops, city park and good restaurants are just in walking distance.

Wifi keeps disconnecting. A bit noisy outside.
