Clean and quiet room in a convenient location. I checked in twice (one week apart) after hours and the hotel manager gave clear information about how to access the keys. I will stay here again the next time I come to Launceston.

Very hilly! Parking sometimes tricky

Lift facilities would have been good. Dragging heavy cases up and down stairs at 70 isn't good.

Check in was friendly. Room was clean and tidy.

Room was close to night door, hence could hear others coming and going.

Nice bath and modern look of the hallway and rooms. Parking although a bit adventurous due to steep roads but spaceous under the hotel.

There seem to be some water damage, we have seen traces on the ceiling and in the hallway.

Rooms were very spacious and extremely comfortable beds. Very comfortable.

No gym or pool. And no breakfast altough if anyone is after an amazing breakfast head to pepys cafe. One of the best breakfasts iv ever had.

I stayed here before overland track. I loved it so much that I ended up booking to stay again on return. comfortable bed, amazing staff, good location (just don’t walk up that hill after the trek…) and for the price - perfection. thank you.

everything was organized and explained clearly. all our questions were answered with messages, text, etc from staff - we never meet staff or went to reception. bed was most comfy. water in room was utterly appreciated for our stay. its a room and will keep you comfortable and address your needs for your stay.

not a hotel thing but the walk up the hill from york street is very steep. maybe could add a few more channels on tv, make the stay more technologic friendly.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. We were upgraded for free when we arrived, we had an amazing view.

There is a steep hill to climb up/down to get to the property.
