very neat and tidy - looks like a lot of work has gone into the property since my last visit a couple of years ago. great job. Room had everything I needed. clean and cosy.

The only place we could get.

Unfortunately was very disappointed with what we paid. The power board could only charge one device at once. Small heaters. Hot water took 5 minutes to arrive and then only lasted 3 minutes. Lamp shades, light without fittings. No table, paint peeling off walls.

On the night we stayed it was quiet, but Cooma being a Ski town in winter I would suggest that the whole town would be a bit noisier during the ski season

The is an old and dated building that is in need of some TLC. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom which resulted in a musty smell in the bathroom / toilet. The price of the room - for what we got, I would say that it was overpriced.

the location was great for a stop over before heading to the snow

the room was not clean, the front door does not lock and the room above us had the same issue. there must have been renovations in the past but have not been finished I.e the down lights were not fitted in the bathroom and were covered with writing paper and clear tape… we could hear the people above us and next door to us talking…

the beds were so uncomfortable. you could feel the wire through the bed. the room was not clean, there was soap left from previous guests. the hotel was LOUD. you could hear everything. the beds were shocking!

No covid 19 log in. The rooms were disgusting. No chairs no table. No sucker fan in bathroom. Toilet leaked! Floor disgusting! The only reason we didn't leave straight away was I had an operation at Cooma Hospital. My wife had to stay in Cooma to take me home. This place should be shut down.
