No chair in room but got one from outside. So all ok

clean and good sized room. friendly check in. plentiful hot water. comfortable beds .walkable to parkland and the township. for motel found this one quite ok.

It's a low price place to stay for a few days whilst you're spending the day outside, and the night resting up for tomorrow. Functionally adequate in all the right requirements for the price.

Basic hotel that has been renovated at some stage. All you need for a 1 night stay and good price

Bathroom was filthy & extremely mouldy, mattresses were the cheapest I have ever slept on & for this I paid $300 for the night - never again

The price we paid did not match the quality or standard we received with the room. The method of heating the room was unsafe. The door had no internal lock.

Best budget hotel in Cooma.

After a day at the snow all you want is something to eat, a hot shower and a bed. However this place had absolutely NO HOT WATER. I thought someone in an adjoining room might have used it all and we can try early in the morning. But still no hot water at 5am. Left a note with the key the motel didn’t even bother to call.

It was clean, warm and comfortable. The check in guy was friendly.

A very clean unit, the cleaning staff do an amazing job. Shame the furniture, including the beds are from the 70s. The bed is so bouncy and soft, if your partner rolls over, you will bounce out. Worst sleep of my life. The electric blankets are great though. The holes in the roof in the bathroom are covered with sticky tape and paper and the rips in the dining table chairs make the place feel icky. Even though this place comes with heaters, it's still cold and dingy.

Pretty average considering the price for a night

Don’t expect luxury. Ok for 1 night but wouldn’t stay any longer.

Very nice stay within this price range. Comfortable room. Not quite the ritz, but good for within this range.

I had a look at the room and decided not to stay, so we got a room down the road at 9pm not a good start to the weekend.

The room was very unclean especially bathroom. The heating was poor so rooms were super cold (In April), would be freezing in Winter months. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower head didnt even have an attachment for the wall, so had to hold it. For nearly $300 a night, it was a complete joke and I'd never recommend it or stay there again.

The positives were the TV and the fact that the room was warm. For the price I’m sure there were better options in Cooma.The advertisement was misleading.The grounds are poorly maintained.

The room was very dirty and is in need of big makeover Furniture was outdated and broken overall not up to usual motel standards

The beds were comfortable but the rooms and bathrooms definitely need upgrading. Towels need renewing. No towel rails.General appearance needs tidying up and it would be helpful if somebody is in the reception area. Parking area needs attending to.

This is a poorly maintained property possibly the worse I have every stayed at. In saying that the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet & I did get a great nights sleep.

The mirror for the wash basin (which had no mixer by the way) was behind you. The blinds are broken so everyone can see inside the room. There was a kettle and complementary tea and coffee but no cups.

This is a Budget property. It is old and tired but very clean. The bed was comfortable. In this time of year in the Snowy region accommodation is quite expensive but the price we paid for this motel was very reasonable. We will be booking there again next year.

Nice and clean place to stay. Kitchen was clean and beds were clean and tidy.
