Very tidy, friendly staff with easy check in and out, nice pool and great room.

Balcony fencing has been changed so cannot sit outside and enjoy the view anymore, if you are seated it is very caged in now and cannot see over top, understand it is probably for safety.

Location was perfect, bed was hard, plumbing clunky, breakfast over priced, other guests kept us awake until 1,30 am even after being told to be quiet at 11.30pm. I won’t stay here again

My husband left his wallet in our room on departure - once we phoned to advise them it only took minutes for them to let us know they had found it and we could pick it up from reception - very impressed.

The dining room could have been a little more like a hotel rather than a cafe - maybe it's because there were alterations going on elsewhere and the bar was not open.

The staff always met me with a smile,were helpful in answering any queries,and delightful

The room was a generous size. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent.

There was quite a lot of street noise due to older single glazed window. The tv was unusually small and did not have Sky TV. And the toilet was hard to access.

The location was lovely, the room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The majority of our stay was lovely.

My overall experience was very good, but unfortunately when we booked, we were offered a free breakfast. We clicked on this offer, went through and paid prior to arriving, we did not read the very very very small print three scrolls down that said there was an additional $60 to pay if we wanted breakfast. This is not a free breakfast I’m sorry. I felt very embarrassed to be turned away from the restaurant at breakfast time, and when we approached the staff as we checked out and made sure we were very clear with our communication with them about this, we were greeted with. “Oh, sorry”. I don’t believe this is good enough, and we would have possibly chosen a different place to stay if we had realised this was the case.

Newly reburfished, great beds, good size room... good staff and great location

The very old mini fridge didn't work in the room... nightmare travelling with food supplies, medicine, and if you need to keep baby's bottles cold !! Receptionist said nothing is allowed in the restaurant fridge either, spoke to the manager and he said the NEW WAY for hotels like his is NO FRIDGES in the room anymore... well thats silly isn't it and concept won't last lone with Baby boomers travelling with wine and cheese.

Handy central location, very spacious room and comfy bed, sun on the deck in the morning was nice, good wifi, breakfast options were good, free parking was useful and luggage storage at end was great

Toilet positioning was very close to the wall - not convenient! Shower over the tub was a bit slippery. Had to organise our own change of room supplies. A few more coathangers would have been nice. Elevator buttons/lights need fixing.
