Lady with blue glasses from the Philliphines is very rude, also after staying there for over a week she SCAMMED MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE 1 towel was dirty, because I cleaned my spilled coffee inside my room

Nothing, rude staff, far from centrum and far better options that this hotel.

Staff scams for deposit because I cleaned spilled coffee with the towel. Lady with blue glasses kept insisting it wasn’t coffee and scammed my deposit on my last day. Shamefull.

Everything was top notch. My only stay after this in Patong! Perfect location and all the staff are super friendly, even to their housekeeping people ❤️

really cool location if you wanna be close to the beach and city. anyway- pretty noisy some nights. our AC was so so loud so we had to turned it off sometimes during the night. bathroom could use a reconstruction because you really could see the age of it. dont leave any food/ packages of the food in the room because instantly there are little ants- lots of them. hair dryer and towels for beach- for extra charge at the reception one evening we asked about breakfast time because we needed to leave at 7am and man at the reception told us that breakfast started at 6:30 next morning we have been told that breakfast starting at 8am. overall- if you need place to sleep/ take a showe is ok

I like the location , the staff , housekkeping and the reception by day and by night . I feel very comfortable in my 3 weeks time in Phuket . And in the morning there is lady who do very good cappucino 🙂

for the price, you get the bare essentials. They cleaned the rooms well everyday and the staff are very nice and helpful. the water faucet was broken and they fixed it right away!

did not like the spring mattress and you can hear the noise outside and from the rooms next door.

There were ants everywhere. They would literally crawl on us. We told the staff and instead of relocate us to another room, they sprayed some bug spray. It didn’t help. There’s a huge ant problem. There was mold in the bathroom. There were huge stains on the pillows and mattresses.

when I arrived there was free towels for the beach, next day unexpectedly it was cost 40 baht. Also they didn’t put tea and coffee in my room, but last several days they put it. Very strange behaviour. Main manager looks unfriendly.
