Great central location, beautiful hotel, great staff and the included breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was full. Room was cold.

Location and friendly staff.

Freezing cold, AC could not be switched on, unless the reception team does it from downstairs. Night receptionist/manager was nice and helpful, he provided a small heater which helped slightly. Staff in the morning kept insisting it showed 25 degrees in the room, where it could have not been more than 17-18, so I am not sure from where they were getting that number from. Noisy room, vent popping and cracks the entire night, you can hear your neighbours walking around like they are next to you due to the creaky floors. Staff was fairly nice, no complaints there, but the building requires some work and does not look like a 4 stars property.

Location is perfect, staff are always so welcoming when arriving. This time the guy on reception went went out of his way to make sure I had the same room as last time because I loved it so much! Will always return to my favourite hotel

The towels had a few holes and I would prefer fluffier pillows but that’s just my preference

Cheap last minute booking for a single room - only paid £65 or so which is super cheap for Bath. Hotel is well located only a few minutes walk over the bridge into town. Staff are friendly. Didnt eat breakfast this time, but it was very good when I last had it.

Room is old and tired. Bathroom smells of drains. Blind was hanging off the window. Room 32 is located right next to the noisy lift. The water stopped working while I was there and I had to brush teeth in the office. Wifi on third floor is patchy. The rooms in the main part of the hotel are much better.
