great location, welcome basket of food was great!

Contrary to the description, there is no free parking near the property. There are thin walls that means you can hear everything in the flats above, no good for light sleepers!

the location was perfect/the shower was great, but the heating in the bathroom did not work/the breakfast hamper was good, although I would have preferred joghurt instead of so many different types of bread/there were plenty of oranges, but no squeezer to make orange juice

We stayed here from Friday - Sunday for a family wedding in Bath centre. It’s a lovely ground floor apartment, well accommodated and was surprised with the size of the breakfast hamper! Very clean, tidy and more roomy than we thought! Thank you x

The flat is exceptionally well designed and decorated, so it works from a practical point of view but is also a very pleasant environment to be in - cosy and comfortable, we called it our little cottage! It is also excellently located, within minutes of Royal Circus and Royal Crescent or down the hill to the Abbey, Roman Baths, river and shops. If you had a few days break in Bath you wouldn't need a car, as it's a 5 minute taxi ride from the station, but if you do have a car (we did due to train strike), there are no longer permits available for visitors. It's really easy to pay for parking from your mobile so Charlotte St ia all day for £15, also directly outside the flat is free from 7pm til 8am and we paid for 3 hours (£4.50) so we could have a lie in. Behind the Royal Crescent is free parking for 3 hours - we stayed all day as it was a Monday and there was no sign of Wardens, we didn't get a ticket. I will definitely be revisiting this lovely convenient flat, if it's available.

The 2nd bedroom is small, would be nice if it was bigger, but the double bed was v comfortable and the room has all the storage you could need, also v well decorated and presented, so it didn't detract at all from our stay.

Very comfortable and very good value for money.

Too much furniture, felt a bit claustrophobic especially the 2nd bedroom. But enough room to be naughty ;-)

DmallSingle bed had springs sticking out so had to use a duvet on the mattress. Could have done with some jam in the breakfast basket

Bathroom not great - fungus grew in shower corner (!) - felt old and needs refurb. Tap loose.

Great location, useful parking permit, fabulous hamper for breakfasts including sausages, eggs and milk in the fridge. A lovely little patio outside although the seats were not very steady!!!

The bathroom could do with a refurbishment.

The bed linen very dated . Towels were grubby or looked grubby . Need new ones . Mushrooms growing in the bathroom!! But no sign of mould ! Some of the breakfast basket did not have good dates .

The location is excellent, right at the top of the main street and with access to anywhere in town. Sadly the breakfast is filled with processed food (bagged long-life croissants, chocolate croissant long life etc) no fresh bread or jam but it had fresh fruits and eggs. It would be better to have fresh bread instead or give a price option for no breakfast as there are excellent places to eat out outside and we did.

The internet did not work in the second bedroom and the flat could do with a lick of paint. Nothing drastic.

We were not aware before arriving at the location that the key would be in a key safe. We did not see the email which was sent 3 hours before our estimated arrival and had to phone for details of how to enter the property.

Area was very near to the main area of Bath.

The apartment was not cleaned when we arrived but the owner sorted this swiftly. The bathroom was a bit grubby but ok. Bedding was clean but pillows were very soft as was the mattress on the beds.

Wasn't keen on the man who was clearly living in his car right outside the window of the front room area!

Very disappointed booked this property because it advertised it had a hot tub but when we arrived there wasn’t one! Property needed a better clean as cutlery, surfaces were dirty. Booked and stayed for 1 night but got charged for 2! Tried to contact owner with no success which then ruined our onward trip as this was constantly on our minds. After 3 weeks finally got refund from booking. Com who also couldn’t get hold of owner!

Loved the style and location of the property . The welcome basket was a nice surprise. As was the parking permit but again it would have been helpful if we were told about these as we had already paid 60.00 to park our car in the nearest public carpark.

It was such a shame that a few elements let the property down.things like the fridge door not closing,the dishwasher seemed unsafe,the lounge door bottom hinge was loose,the kitchen work surface was unclean and finally there was fungi growing in the bathroom.
