We would like breakfast at 7.30

Breakfast was good, considering it was morning after old years eve. Parking facility was excellent had to pay daily extra but convenience couldn't be beaten, parking fee was very cheap. Easy to access centre on foot.

Bathroom was in a little need of repair. Was super clean and functional but shower drains backed up a bit on the floor causing a large puddle which took a little while to drain.

Very nice big room. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. A lot more than what I expected from this cute family hotel. Parking is difficult in the neighbourhood but they offer a paid parking option. Wonderful.

The included breakfast is between 8 and 10 am. Although we went to have our breakfasts at 9.30, most of the food was already eaten and we had to make do with the few items left. Still we were full and the staff was helpful.

Good location

Breakfast was appalling. There was hardly anything to eat.

There was only one small window that I could open.

Location was great...right where you need to be for central bars/restaurants/taxis,sights etc.

The room absolutely reaked of smoke,as did the bedding.There are signs everywhere not to smoke,and it clear that they are of little use to abusive guests. I found it awful,especially being a non-smoker. The bathroom cabinet was loose from the wall in my room.The battery was flat in the aircon remote,and so I had to unplug the unit in the night as I was too cold. My friend's room 304 was subject to a broken shower head,and non-cooling aircon,giving her an uncomfortable night. The breakfast was of cold meats and cheeses,which was not expected.The booking said 'breakfast',not a 'continental breakfast',but there was a toaster,so we could have something hot .I asked for a second cup of tea,only to find out that it would be chargeable! My principles didn't allow me to have it,I'm afraid. At 9.15am,the buffet was very depleted,and we had to ask for everything in an indivdual manner,as it was obvious that the waiter had no intention of filling anything up without it being asked for. Luckily,our stay was only for one night,which was for sure long enough. Taking all into account,it was OK for the price,but wouldn't hurry to return. All I could honestly recommend is the location.
