Absolutely nothing!

The room was neglected. The curtains were short of runners, the mattress is not fit for a dog. The shower door seal is non existent and the bathroom floor is full of water when you shower. Staff made promises they did not honour.

Easy & Convenient location, large room

Very noisy from nearby establishment, issues with shower draining, blinds dirty/moldy, run down, smell of cigarette smoke coming in through extractor fan in kitchen, stains on pillowcases

Great comfy bed

Security, didnt feel safe, because of loose door handles, wouldve liked extra locks, and with a little money spent to tidy rooms, door handles, curtains carpet all needed replaced.

I booked the Villa and paid in advance thinking we had everything we needed for a family stay here. Unfortunately due the construction work going on next door, we had 3 days in a row where our water was completely turned off. Absolutely no notice from staff about this so was very disappointed they didn’t provide us this info as we would have stayed elsewhere! Needed more bedding as we used the sofa bed, more blankets for everyone should have been provided as they knew I booked for a family of 5. Very disappointed, made complaints to reception and was told everything would be forwarded to management but haven’t heard back from them as of yet. Will not stay here again.

Water turned off with no notification 3 days in a row. Inadequate bedding for family.

Love everything about the Poe!

Little dissappointed to arrive and one of our apartments had a dirty fridge, no toilet paper and smoke butts in a glass.

Newly renovated and well maintained. It has has washing machine and dryer

spa wasn’t cleaned and had turned off so we weren’t able to use it. room wasn’t serviced either.

Staff were amazing, very helpful. Great stay. Highly recommended. Close to all necessitys and motorway...

Their way hardly any cooking utensils, pots and pans in our kitchen. Could be due to previous people taking them. Other than that had an amazing stay...

the room absolutely stunk of fly spray/air freshener, I presume someone smoked in the room, there was cigarette ash on the floor. the iron leaked, the ironing board was broken, the bed was cheap and horrible. I heard though a colleague that it was a nice place but as it turns out she stayed in the suite which was a different location. noisy with a bar and pool downstairs.

Spacious and good location.

Wasn't up to clean standard, Rubbish bins were full of others rubbish, cobwebs and cockroaches etc. Less than one roll of toilet paper.

Lovely comfortable bed

So many things didnt work. Couldnt lock our doors when we went out. Gates kept flying open Shower no pressure.

We had an apartment. It had lots of space and was new and very modern. Crisp clean linen.

Was dirty. Counter tops had to be cleaned. Glasses in cupboard were dirty. Bathroom floor sticky. Some impractical design decisions: Bathroom is a wetroom so everything on the floor gets soaked when you shower. It rained a lot and the sound of the water dripping on something outside the bedroom window kept the kids awake. Sound of the wind howling caused by the structures on the windows was very loud. Steps leading to garage were angled backwards so formed pools on each step. We battled to keep our feet dry. Dustbin not suited for a family unit. Tiny bathroom bin as main bin. Basin, although modern is far too small. Struggled to get the extractor fan working.
