Great Riad in the medina, 5 minutes on foot from the Jemaa el Fnaa square. Super comfy beds, great breakfast, and a charming building combined to make our stay wonderful. Do note getting to the Riad is an adventure on its own!

A pretty Riad with comfortable beds, lovely rooftop terraces an courtyard plunge pool. A perfect place to relax.

Las instalaciones muy bien, muy limpio y cómodo, igual que en las fotos. La recepción bien, el más amable era el que hacía el turno de noche. Nos prepararon el desayuno a las 5 de la mañana ya que nos íbamos al aeropuerto a las 5:30. La ubicación es un poco difícil de encontrar pero con el google maps llegas y agradeces estar un poco alejado de las calles comerciales.

Aunque calidad-precio está muy bien, hay que tener en cuenta que si pagas con targeta te cobran el 3% de comisión (en ningún otro lugar nos lo habían hecho). Además, pedimos un transfer para ir al aeropuerto y nos cobraron 200 dirhams, hecho que me pareció muy caro y en el primer riad al que fuimos nos lo ofrecieron gratuito al venir a buscarnos al aeropuerto.

This Riad was very well located, just 700m from the big and main plaza. The staff was very nice and friendly all the time and a big help for us. The room was beautiful and always very clean, the pool area is also pretty and perfect for a evening swim. For last, the breakfastwas good everyday, with a lot of good marrocon food. Five stars experience.

Beautiful property, located in the heart of the medina. helpful staff, filling breakfast. The staff really went out of their way to help us, from printing our boarding passes, and finding a hammam with space available at short notice.

My friend got really hot during the night and we couldn’t get the air con to work properly. The other two of us were fine though, and we didn’t ask any staff to fix it at the time.

We stayed at Riad Abaka for 4 nights. We had a suite between 2 of us which was clean, comfortable and had an amazing shower! The staff are friendly and helpful, some difficulties communicating but we overcame this with Google translate and it all added to the experience. They helped us with directions, transfers and organising breakfast when we were leaving before breakfast started. Lovely terrace to sit out in the evening (outside rooms 8 and 9) and on the rooftop to watch the birds. Pool a little cold but great for a foot refresh after a long day of sightseeing. All major attractions within 30 minutes walk, souks and restaurants in main square 5 minutes and straightforward to get to. Mohammed at number 60 street food (Place Jeema el Fna/night market) is so friendly and the bbq food is brill. Dinner for two with drinks 140DH. Sunset at any of the panoramic terraces is lovely but you need to book the day before to get seats at the edge of the terrace to get the best view. Terraces are on the whole cash only. We would come to Riad Abaka, thank you very much for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The location, the architecture, the staff, the cleaness

The hotel felt lifeless, no soul. Would'nt take much to change that. But there was no atmosphere.

The room was very comfortable and clean, good pillows, sheets and towels. The common areas such as the pool and terrace were well maintained. The breakfast is very good, way better than the offered in other Riads.

Sometimes it was difficult to find someone in the lobby, but the staff was very friendly. The alleys you have to cross to reach the hotel are very empty at night.

The location is great, it is inside the souk, and very convenient. All the staff was awesome, Fatin was exceptional. They are very hospitable.

We had a quad room, the room was small, but this is how things are in congested cities.

I liked the position and the internal court with the swimming pool.

Rooms were tiny, extremely warm, relatively dirty, and definitely did not match expectations.
