Nice house, with very nice terace to chill, with stunnig wiev. The house have two apartments, so you share outside places with neighbours. But there are at least 3 places to seat outside, so you have your own piece. There are also 2 parking places infront of the house. If you choose this property you need a car and the road to the house is very steep. The first grosery shop is 15 minutes drive. Location is good, only 30 minutes drive to Santa Cruz or to beach Playa de las America.

The view was exceptional and it was really quiet. It is an amazing place for those that want to come and relax. The landlord is an amazing guy and he was extremely helpful. The apartment has everything that one needs.

I recommend to rent a car if you want to stay here, there is a bus, but it is a bit more complicated. The road to the house is a bit long and for experienced drivers due to it's steep hills and sharp turns. It's not a dislike in the real sense of the word, but it is something that people need to take into consideration. Ask the landlord before coming, he will provide you with the best route.

Nice place. Amazing view to the ocean. Nice garden with pool. Friendly and helpful owners. It's near to the beach. There are everything necessary for an amazing holiday.

Host was more than friendly. When we arrive something was wrong with washing machine (we do not need it) but Jose was very upset with this fact and in day or two there was already new one. Also he was interested in our stay, how we feel. House was fantastic and atmospherics, original and comfortable. It was very spacious and clean. There was 2 rooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, toilet, larder. There was all necessary equipment: all possible kitchen equipment (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc.) , larder (iron, ironing machine, Washer... ) It was very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed Great garden with 3 levels, BBQ and pool, great view to the ocean and mountains We really enjoy our stay, wish there were more worm day to spend time outside villa in the garden.

For us it was not big minuses, if we have to chose one more time, we will return =) but if this is key points for your recreation, this points can be helpful 1. Toilet and shower looks little outdated. The work without problem and everything was clean, but not very modern. Shower is little tiny. 2. House located rather high at the mountain, so it was not very comfortable do up and down every day 3. If you need something you have to use your car (supermarkets, restraints, walks, entertainment... ) 4. Slow wifi. only in one room. And your own mobile internet work bad inside house
