Bel établissement récent légèrement à l’écart du centre-ville et qui propose des prestations de très bon niveau (spa , restaurant, hôtel de très belle facture) .. il est assez rare d avoir un hôtel et un restaurant d’aussi bonne qualité c’est à souligner

Beaucoup de monde dans le spa les week-ends (en après-midi) mais je peux comprendre l’ouverture au public —

The hotel is clean and the breakfast was nice.

The reception staff are very unhelpful and not friendly at all. We had our children with us so when we checked in we was told we had to pay for an extra room for security reasons although no explanation could be given, after they took the money for the extra room we was told food had finished earlier than advertised and when we complained we needed to feed our children we was told the hotel wasn’t for children. Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Not a nice experience at all and definitely not a four star hotel.

Reception staff not attentive, unwilling to speak English, did not explain how to use facilities very well, towels in the room were too small, air con did not work, no way of filling the coffee machine from the tap, tv remote did not work from the bed due to the large wooden surround around the tv, noise from the sports bar made enjoying a high end meal difficult, no area for residents to get a drink when the sports bar is full of locals, not allowed into the casino without passport ID which again was not explained anywhere, lots of noise early in the morning due to staff at rear of kitchen (we had a ground floor room).

Modern and clean hotel with great attention to details, air conditioning in the rooms and comfortable bed. Personnel are attentive and professional, great room service

It is always a pleasure to stay at a Barriere hotel, not only Ribeauville but Paris and Deauville as well. We visited Ribeauville hotel many times and we will again. Professional and efficient service, warm welcome … Once it was my wife’s birthday we got an upgrade to a suite and a bottle of Champagne, Fouquet I think. No need to say more …

Hotel is good, rooms are beautiful and the spa is really nice but the rest, made me furious.

We were not well treated on the restaurant, also it didn’t allow us to choose what we want and no one or no where were explained we would not have choice. Food was not good for the price. Took ages to serve us, every other couple arriving after us, was served first! Simply don’t get it!! Every couple had hearts ballon and more in their room for Valentine’s except us!! I booked this hotel long time ago to we spend Valentine and come on! We were treated like this? Valentine is not everyday! I chose this place cause I wanted something special and pay a lot for this!

Super clean, comfortable rooms. Pool and sauna area was very nice. Take advantage of early morning access as it is very tranquil. Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Evening at the pool and sauna area was a bit crowded with young people. Preferred early morning.
