I like everything EXCELLENT *****

Staff were proficient and friendly. Evening food was absolutely lovely. Easy to find and park I would stay again.

Shower was a little temperamental.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was spotless.

Everything was 5* so nothing was disliked.

We stayed over night as we had spent the day moving home and had no time to put beds up. It was like a little sanctuary away from the chaos. We were treated so well it was like being wrapped in a comfort blanket. Baz who was fro t of house is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. The Thai food snd breakfast was all first lass. Would highly recommend

Room was a bit small but for our needs it was not a problem

The couple massage,the dinner and the friendliness of the owner and the staff was really good.Ideal location for a relaxing time.

Maybe a bit more introduction or signs would be useful/helpful about how the massage and the sauna works(ie:you have to report at the reception for the massage,you will go through the restaurant to the sauna ).It was a bit weird while guests were eating there and we came out of the sauna in our towels.

Lovely Restaurant food was exceptional

it was a very nice place, I thought the incense was a bit overpowering when I first arrived but got used to it. I stayed in a single bed room which was convenient for me. very friendly staff especially the Asian lady who really looked after me. lovely selection of foods available at breakfast.

Three things - I was accused by a man for not paying for the room despite my insistence a couple or so times that I had done so upon my arrival. he should’ve checked the system before approaching me. He was about to come to my room but I met him at the bottom of the stairs when he shouted my full name at me. I thought that was a bit rude. He did apologise for his mistake afterwards & I was grateful. Shower - it was so difficult to adjust the right temperature. I spent ages trying to do so. it was either VERY hot or VERY cold. It needs replacing for sure. Lastly - the full English breakfast, it was delicious APART from the two sausages. They should buy quality Cumberland or Lincoln style sausages to complement the plate & the place. These two sausages tastes awful & they are like these you would find in a cheap greasy spoon cafe.

The property was clean and filled will pleasant aroma from the message/spa facilities. The manager was welcoming and ensured the room was ready before letting us in. The food at the Thai restaurant was exceptional and authentic.

The bathroom can be fitted with brighter lighting.

bed was dirty & stained covers, road very noisy all night. kettle was a travel kettle plugged in but had to unplug everytime i wanted to fill up. kettle had stale water in when we arrived. breakfast was unedible & got put into dirty Restaurant that wasnt cleaned from night before. disgusting. no glasses in room for a drink. Cups were dirty. no shower gel. Breakfast was preorder the moment you checkin.

A good central location for where I needed to be. Just wish that I had time to take advantage of their treatment rooms. The breakfast was very well priced at half of what you could pay at some of the more popular chain hotels. Free on site parking is always a bonus.

The room was smaller and more basic than I would prefer. However, it was comfortable, well equipped, and well priced. I would return.

the shower was awful, only hot for a few seconds, then went cold. switch off and on again to get more warm water for a few seconds. occasionally went scalding hot. impossible to use

Owners very friendly and obliging. Very close to university. The massage was fantastic felt a lot better after. Drinks reasonable prices.

Room a little small for us but should have booked family room. It's a tai restaurant and we are not great lovers of Tai food. Maybe put some basic English food on the menu.

Very clean and quiet. For the amount paid, very satisfied.

If only some basic maintenance was done to repair lights, towel rails, blinds etc.
