Conference style hotel, big rooms, big beds, very good value for money. Not a destination but a good alternative to travelodge.

Staff could be a bit more friendly, this is our second stay and staff were still the same.

Very well presented and clean, bright and spacious throughout. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, good sized and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in our package and it was very good, buffet style breakfast with plenty of choice of fruit, cereals, pastries, yogurts, cooked breakfast items, toast and spreads, hot and cold drinks. It was better than some far more expensive places we've stayed and we would definitely stay again.

The air con unit flashed all night and was annoying but I was told by reception all units are due to be replaced in the near future, which will alleviate that issue. If it hadn't been for this, I'd have given a 10/10

I always LOVE the staff, so kind and friendly. The restaurant was very good.

I must have been by a plant room as it was very noisy, also the floorboards along the landing on the 1st floor are terrible. I didn't sleep at all well this time which was frustrating when I had four nights with you and was working.

Clean, comfortable and good facilities at a great price. Friendly staff. Good arrangements for late arrivals. Convenient for East Midlands Airport, M1 motorway and Loughborough University.

Room was as far as possible from reception thought we were staying in Leicester and all beers on except IPA.
