Location was fantastic, staff were lovely and the bar downstairs served really nice food

The bed was supposed to be a double but was two singles put together and they were very hard. The breakfast was Indian food only and the juice was concentrate.

The breakfast was very disappointing, food did not taste fresh and minimal offerings, did get sick shortly after but not sure if it was something else. The rooms were smaller then I thought, bed was quite firm but nice to have air-conditioning. The plus side was that it's a cheap stay for a one night close to the airport.

We booked this Royal Regantris, after staying in a regantris chain hotel in Gili T, after an amazing stay in Gili T regrantris we could not believe how opposite this hotel is! This Hotel should not be a 3 star it’s a 2 star! for the following reasons: -Reception is dark and dingy and just unpleasant to the eye. -Upon check in I was asked for a 100k deposit when I asked what for the receptionist couldn’t give me and answer, so I refused to pay deposit. -The general overview of the hotel is worn down Regantris obviously bought this hotel from singosari (as many things in the hotel still have singosari on) and after the rename they have not bothered to change one thing the hotel from top top to bottom is run down, the pool area is dangerous as there’s nails sticking out the decking, moss all over the pool walls and the ‘pool bar’ looks like it hasn’t opened since 2020. -if you are given a room near the lift or the staff lift then prepared to be woken by this lift at 0700 in the morning as they are old lift and you can here them through the walls (if you took is next to staff lift ask for a change) -cockroaches all over the place in the hotel
