The property was absolutely beautiful and upon arrival, we were greeted by Panos and his team with drinks and dessert. We arrived around 21:00, so it was a really nice surprise! Breakfast had many different options to choose from and all were delicious, delivered to our room every morning at our desired time. The weather was a bit chilly and windy, so we were appreciative of the heated pool and hot tub. We spent much of our time in the pool just admiring the amazing view around us. The sunset from the villa was incredible. The driver would take you anywhere you needed to go and pick you up as well. All around the service was impeccable and hope to go back for another perfect family vacation.

This property was amazing but the staff were exceptional! Rania and team went above and beyond and this is the best service I have had. even after leaving Rania organised a restaurant booking in Athens! The whole team was simply exceptional and really made our stay in Santorini a dream.
The only thing was that the weather was windy for a few days so ensue you book in the warmer months to get the most of this property.

The location and view were just stunning. We liked that we weren’t right in town.
The group space and outdoor seating was a little small for 6 people.

The hotel staff and management are so friendly and helpful, the hotel manager Ranya visited us in our villa to welcome us and also was very helpful when all ferries were canceled because of weather conditions , she and the receptionist were extremely helpful in arranging for a helicopter transfer off the island.

The place was excellent; the views, especially those of the sunset, were incredible. The staff members were incredibly nice and understanding, furthermore they provided food of great quality and with special attention to the allergies of our son.

Amazing customer care and attention to detail. The Santorini Princess team were so attentive and no request was too big or small. The views were amazing, the Villa was outstanding and the breakfast served in the Villa was exceptional.

The view is amazing! The pool is huge! Many places to relax and enjoy the views! Staff was amazing! Transfers cost money but super convenient! Would definitely come back!

Everything. This place is amazing. Staff is great, view is unbelievable, facilities are unreal…I could go on and on. This place was the end of our Santorini swing and our kids flipped their lids when they saw the villa. The only way to describe it is to go there! And you will not regret it. The staff is the key component here; the best on the island!
The only minor complaint is that the food menu could be expanded a little bit…but the food quality is amazing! Breakfast at your villa in the morning is what you look forward to every day- even after a long night!

Breakfast was superb. You order a la carte off a menu. Location is amazing if you want the quiet side of Santorini yet still have the Caldera view. We loved our stay and the staff was so attentive!

Just amazing! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything is top notch: the views of caldera, food, heated pool and massages! The staff are absolutely incredible!

Staying at one of the Princess villas was a great experience. We celebrated our anniversary and were treated very welcoming and kind. The staff was very accommodating and treated us really special, welcoming us with a great bottle of Rose and fruit platter, and even went out of their way to organize the world famous :-) Donkey Red craft beer from Santorini. We can highly recommend these villas and hope next time we come the same staff is still there. The cook did a great job on our meals and the kindness and special attention by Julia and Marie was beyond expectations.
The filter coffee in the room (they do serve a great espresso with breakfast though). For such a nice place I suggest it would definitely be a nice add on to have a Nespresso machine in the Villa.
