The accommodation was clean and well laid out. The pool was nice.

This place was incredible, although a little difficult to find and not quite in the centre of town (which is fine if you have a car). It is a large complex of quadplex townhouse type apartments each with a courtyard at the back. Downstairs is a large fully equipped kitchen, dining and very comfortable lounge room with large tv. Multi stack window/doors open up on to the courtyard which has a small table and chairs and while it seems quite private, the walk to the shared pool/spa/bbq facilities basically traverses along a small creek at the back of everyone's place. Upstairs is two bedrooms, each with an ensuite. Plenty of storage and a laundry (with machine and dryer). Once we found the pool area we realised we'd forgotten the "code" to get in, so had to walk all the way back to the apartment to get it. I only used the spa and had to take the cover off.

Our key was just left in a transparent letter box at the front of the unmanned reception, so it was a little sad not to get that warm welcome and advice as to where everything was. The spa was a little sandy, but it was the end of the day. Other than that it was fabulous!

There was an issue with our booking and the staff were able to clean this up

It would have been nice to have been informed of a planned power outage to the site before we arrived . We were only informed at a time that it would be difficult to find other accommodation

A well-appointed apartment with great kitchen and laundry facilities, comfortable beds, excellent showers, plenty of hanging space and we loved the spa. It was an easy walk to the Wanaka tree and a very quick drive into town.

Sharing a driveway with another apartment made parking and getting out a challenge.

the hot tub was great

the coffee machine that was listed as a feature, which was a deciding factor in booking, was broken. we weren’t told. I spent ages trying to work it out and there was no offer of compensation or even an apology. we should have been told up front.

It's a little far from town, but not a big deal at all. Taxis are cheap and plentiful in Wanaka.

Comfortable and spacious in a good location, property and grounds kept tidy with nice communal pool, outdoor fire and outdoor area

Gas hobb is dangerous. Bumped the knob on and didn t notice it was on with no flame and it was expelling gas . Luckily noticed before we went to bed when we heard hissing noise.

Great location

When we arrived there was no staff to assist us, and the staff we did encounter didn’t really acknowledge us. A few things were broken in the apartment when we got there as well

Spacious 1 bed room apartment with separate kitchen / living area, good sized bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom with full size bath and shower. Well stocked kitchen with portable 2 plate electric plug in stove to supplement the microwave. Own private patio off the bedroom looking out on to pool area and screened with planting. Heating was sufficient for the coldest week of the year (1 wall heater, 1 column heater and gas fireplace), and extra blanket in the bed-chest. Spa pool was great for soothing tired muscles.

The WiFi speed varied - sometimes was OK, sometimes was very slow. The bedroom in this apartment has a shared wall with the living area of the adjoining 2 bedroom apartment, so this might be a factor to consider if you're a light sleeper, and the neighbours have a late night gathering. I was so tired from skiing that it didn't disrupt my sleep.

Actually stayed here twice I liked it so much! spotlessly clean and nicely appointed apartment. The heater has been turned on prior to my arrival and was very cosy. Nice sized seating area with afternoon sun streaming in. A lovely flat walk to the lakefront and a very short drive to restaurants and cafes. Very quiet and super comfy bed. Couldn’t fault this accommodation and will definitely be staying again!

The location is great there is parking available like lots of parking and the road is so quiet. The staff were amazing !
