That staff is very attentive and kind. The view is incredible and the facilities are comfortable. It is very nice to have a drink by the pool. The food is delicious and has a reasonable price.

It is a little bit far from the shop town.

staff so welcoming, place was wowing from moment we drove in with taxi dropping us off to the reception and to the room and view sooooo beautiful.

Beautiful resort, staff were all so welcoming and friendly and made sure you were well looked after! Nice and clean exactly what we needed, great value for money! Will definitely go back again.

It would've been great to have a little kitchenette or even just a microwave for the kids! But otherwise no complaints.

Everything was amazing. The location of Club Raro Resort is great, easy to find and very close to everything. The staff are absolutely incredible!! They took time out of their day to get to know myself and my family. They constantly made an effort to look out for my children and entertain them, make them laugh. My children felt so comfortable around all of the staff. I myself loved chatting to staff and they were very helpful and accommodating when it came to helping me out with a few things! Room service was spot on, always came back to a beautiful clean room.

Pool and air con

Nothing as the place is awesome

We loved our stay! Was only a night but we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We didn’t know but we arrived the day the resort reopened. Everything was immaculate - new pool, swim up bar, new deck and landscaping. We stayed in the ocean view rooms, which were the best choice. Our lunch was sooo good as were the cocktails. And staff were super friendly. Recommend!

nothing as we stayed at Edgewater which is the focus of this review. poor customer service, aged and poor rooms

no lifts to carry heavy cases to upper floor the tiny pool was a joke. the meals were awful

Second time staying here - always clean, comfortable & good location close to town. Staff are friendly & helpful - especially the lovely Nane who serves breakfast & Michael who was awesome!
