Budget accomodation, but everything was clean and personal was really nice. It is near the sea and you can use swimming pool. Wifi is 5NZD per day unlimited.

We don’t have a hot water at the evening when we arrived and nobody was able to help us.

We stayed in room 21 the premiere suite facing the ocean and the view was perfect.

The pool was murky and looked terrible. We didn't go swimming in it. The premiere room was in a bad state, ants were a problem, many fixtures and fittings were getting to the end of their life. Overall the place is in need of a serious renovation.

Out dated, but you get what you paid for. No a/c. Shower drain would get blocked fast and overflow the shower tray, I would have to keep turning the water off so that the water can be drained. Athough the pool was tended to everyday, it was still murky throughout the whole stay, it didnt stop people from swimming though cause of the heat.

Sympathisches Personal, schöne Anlage, sauber, gut ausgestattete und sehr große Zimmer, jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Die Dame die den Zimmerservice gemacht hat, hatte sogar unser Geschirr gespült was wirklich nicht notwendig gewesen wäre.

Nichts :) Ein Föhn im Bad wäre super

I love it’s a local family business not run by overseas off shore investors..love how cozy the hotel is also easy access to the pool which is not to far from your room so your never to far away from your kids family or friends..room also have there own privacy and beautiful ocean view the lady that’s works in the little take away restaurant cooks beautiful delicious food and she is also very beautiful and friendly

lot of ants in the rooms and fire ants around pool area..gotta pay for wifi and wifi is not very strong..also if you wanna relax and watch tv you only have one channel to watch

Every thing about it was on point

This is not the first time I have stayed here, I am a proud regular :) I always love my stay at Kii Kii this is a locally owned family business. Staff treat me like family and are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms have all the amenities I need such as self-catering kitchenette, bed, bathroom, and pool. I can't complain about anything I am always happy to be here! The location is spot on, close enough to town and the ocean is right in front of your doorstep. A big meitaki to the wonderful team that never hesitates to look after me, my sweet and cheerful breakfast lady and especially my housekeeper, he is simply the best! My family and I will be back in the future, for sure!

Internet very weak, slow or non existent. Not a biggie, just Make sure to download plenty of movies to watch in the evenings or take a good book.

The breakfast needs improvement.For example on booking a menu should be provided on the website.And there needs to be a variety or breakfast options for the whole week.

I liked the friendly staff especially the motels cleaners lovely people.

The breakfast was very nice (fresh fruit and cereal) and plenty of bread and toppings as well. The pool was so clean and close to our room, and it was well used by many guests during our stay. And it had ocean views too. The beach was very easy to access and lots of rocks to explore.

Fresh fruit breakfast every morning. Located perfect to get around the island. Beautiful gardens.

The sound of crashing waves all night long. It was very windy as well while we were there. Made it hard to get off to sleep at night.

The location and self-catering room facilities were perfect for our group competing in the Cook Islands 2023 Vaka Eiva outrigging events.

The cleaners worked hard every day I could see when I came back to my room, they were very friendly and worked professional. Kept the place clean. Value for money.

Maybe add some hand soap for the bathroom, another wine glass as only had one. The curtains looked stain and didn’t like it over the tea towels. Bit dark in the room. Needed scrubbing brush for washing pot.

Great location 10min from town and easy walk to Club Raro or fishing club. The swimming pool was clean & perfect for a relax. Rooms were serviced to a high standard each day. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

We were late booking so wasn’t great value for money. Was a motel and still treated like one with guests using as a base rather than destination. No facilities such as dinning room, bar or games room. Like everywhere the chooks give you an early morning call!

Staff and location, we had the loveliest view from the beach front unit number 17. Beds were great with mattress protectors and pillows had protectors as well.
