Staff are friendly and the choice of restaurants within the hotel was unexpected and ended up being very convenient.

The cool water showers, but this must be an India climate thing

it’s near to shopping for those traveling with family.

cleanliness can be better and staff could do better to clean up the hotel to make it look like a 5 star.

the food could be improved in Chinese restaurant and room service food was mediocre. the corner double room at end of corridor was noisy and heating vent was also noisy

Location was perfect , in the heart of city. Good parking space available, how ever they displayed signbord stating that"Park at Your Own Risk". Reception team was very cooperative .

Hotel is rated as 4 star, but facilities and quality of stay meeting only 3 star. Bed comforter was clean but old. Strands of long hair found in the comforter. Wifi didn't connect properly. Refrigerator was very old and less cool. Breakfast menu was very ordinary kerala style, not 4 star type. Tea was not good. Security man not guided us our car to enter the busy road. Toothpaste /brush should be kept in the washroom.

the AC is too cold and there is something wrong with cooling

The food at the facility was great and it’s centrally located too.

The twin rooms were pathetic with bad bed linen with lesions and marks on them. The AC was dysfunctional too with the entire floor covered in water by the morning.

Fitness centre was not good. Gave feedback to duty manager. Hopefully action will be taken
