Clean room and bathroom. The toaster, kettle, microwave and small fridge made my stay really comfortable. Electric blanket on the bed was a welcome addition and arriving to a window open so the room was fresh and airy. Thank you.

The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful with information regarding my stay. I was extremely surprised by the quality of the room. Previous stays at Budget motels have made me wary of booking with them in the past but I would make the Raglan Motor Inn my first choice if staying in Warrnambool anytime in the future. The room was a good size with updated fittings. I didn't use the air conditioner, but the ceramic wall heater worked a treat and kept the room cozy and warm. At first I thought the bed might be too soft (I like a hard mattress) but it was very comfortable and I slept well. The TV had a good selection of free to air channels and the room lighting was adequate. The bathroom had all necessities and the shower had good hot water and pressure. Plenty of free parking on site.

Although it didn't prove to be a problem, the sink tap had a leak.

The gentleman at the office was super nice! Even the rooms and amenities were nice and clean, I love that the rooms were tucked at the back and away from the traffic!

No smart TV but we had our Chromecast device with us so it worked out ok! The freezer section doesn't work as well as I thought it would but the bar fridge did keep our food/drink cool

Everything we needed was avaliable and the rooms were also clean and very spacious. Also, Ian was lovely and didn't charge us extra for late change in checkin date.

There was a really sweet strawberry smell in the room upon entering. It was a bit overpowering but dissipated quickly.
