Lovely guesthouse only a few minutes drive away from Keflavik airport. Few restaurants a short walk away. Room was lovely and apple box was a lovely surprise.

The place was very clean and close to the airport. Overall was very worth the price. The host was very helpful and accomodating. Parking, bathrooms, and wifi were all good.

Privacy is a bit lacking. Every time we exit, you pass by the owner's dwelling. It's also a shared bathroom with the other guests but not a huge issue.

Consider there is no parking on side and have to wait after 4pm to park it over the road.

The bedroom (#2 or #3) was so comfortable. It had a kettle as well as a Nespresso machine, along with a range of hot drink options. The shower was very warm and powerful, and the bed incredibly comfortable. We only stayed one night ahead of our return flight home, and the owner kindly took us, and another couple, to the airport at 07.30am on a Sunday morning. We took a taxi the previous evening from the airport which took just over 5 minutes (in the snow) and cost 3,600 ISK.

Nothing, other than we wish we'd been able to stay longer to explore the area.

Just be careful the parking, the house was next to each other, we made a mistake park on someone’s house and the lady was really mad when she knocked on the door to inform us to move the car.

The room makes you feel like you are living in a luxury room personally handcrafted. We really liked the beds, BIIGGG TV, Bose Speakers in the room, and the Apple TV available. The bathroom is shared between 2 rooms and is also next level. Quite a luxurious feeling. The whole property is well maintained and neat and clean. The owner just lives on the 1st floor. He welcomed us and explained everything. We checked in to the place because it's a simple 8 mins drive from the airport and we had an early morning 6 AM flight. The host had our breakfast packed to go prepared and kept in the fridge for us.
