The staff were super amazing. We stayed here due to my hubby's surprise 60th work party. In our room waiting was a bottle of wine, chocolates, timtams and a beautiful hand written card. It was such a beautiful welcoming gesture. The two ladies were just so incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I called up for a last minute room, and the lovely staff assured me I had a booking secured and were even kind enough to let me know my room number and where my room key was, as I wasn't going to arrive till late in the evening. They even made sure the heater was on :) room clean, comfy and had all the comforts I needed. Very good value for money and perfect for a stop over!

The room was a good size and spotless. The bathroom and facilities offered were excellent.

Location is a bit out of the CBD.

Location was ideal. Just two blocks from a range of eateries. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Fridge was a bit noisy but quietened down after a few hours.

No brekky supplied, but everything there to make your own. Bathroom door needed painting.

Rooms need a good clean/vaccum even under the beds. General maintenance required. Door to our room would pop open randomly. Happened while out for dinner and also during the night.

Very clean. Good sized room and bathroom. Just what we needed for overnight stay.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jay who quickly checked me in and was able to give me directions to what I was after. The room was very clean, and tidy, along with everyday items. Thanks I will stay again next time I'm in Albury

Very clean, comfy beds and pillows, and the staff was amazing. We made a mistake not booking for enough adults, the motel was fully booked, they went to so much trouble to help us, contacting other guests to try to do a room change, eventually they carried a full bed into one of our rooms. Highly recommend.

The kitchenette bench area could be bigger. A map of city of Albury in the room would be useful.

Despite being a bit run down (chipped paint and tiles) it was very clean. So many lovely inclusions - Lolly bag on arrival (!);slippers; complimentary bottled water; toiletries including toothbrushes, shaving kits etc; fluffiest towels I have ever found in a motel, and towels were a decent size. Complimentary biscuits were delicious! I loved the location - it was a couple of blocks to the main shopping strip and one further block to Woollies and Myer, and there is a KFC right across the road.

I had to unplug a bedside lamp to plug my phone charger in near the bed. There were very few power outlets - they were in the kitchenette and bathroom but only one spare on the wall near the table, and none near the bed. Some things were overlooked by cleaning staff. I found a used tea bag in the kettle (who brews tea IN the electric kettle???) and I found the slider to the small outdoor area unlocked. I would never have checked except I was searching for power points and it horrifies me, as a woman traveling solo, that someone could have entered the room so easily. it was also quite noisy, with other guests voices being clearly overheard.
